I payed $18 for a premium car wash and it still wasn't clean. When I called, the worker informed me (after the fact) that the power wash was out. He had a really nasty attitude, and it was clear he didn't want to talk to me.
Then, I was in the middle of vacuuming my car when the same worker shut off the vacuums. He did this because it was 6pm and they close at 6pm. However, he again, never informed me or the other customer and thought he'd best handle the situation by just shutting off the machines. Bought the swanky club membership online. Went to use it and try to activate it on site. The attendant couldn't figure it out and asked me to come back later when someone else was in. The attendant had to have people back up so I could pull out and leave. Found it very inconvenient and a little embarrassing since people had to back up to let me out. I will go in later and ask for this membership to be canceled and refunded. Then I'll take my business to another car wash.

Spoke with Justin, “General Manager”, about what the brushes had done to my older pickup truck. I had Just purchased the truck from a private seller last week, two days later I decided to go into the wash bay… and I regret my decision ever since.
They of course, claimed it was not them. And now I have a truck with original paint chipped way and straight of luck getting reimbursed, I’ve been a member for a little over 5 months. The would have kept my business, if they would just looked at my pictures and not turn their heads and push me away.
