I have generally had great results in the past at this car wash but I went through this wash yesterday and after leaving I noticed some deep scrates left in 3 places on the hood of my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado. Owner has yet to contact me. Attendant was rude and dishonest. Non existent customer service! Avoid this Business!

Although the car wash is usually pretty good, you never get a receipt (which drives me crazy)! In addition, if you get the premium car wash, you're supposed to get a free car vending item. Because the receipt doesn't print, you don't get the code to get the free item.
I just got my car washed waiting by the vending area to get my free item & the attendant is too busy to come over. (No really, he is busy.)
I've tried to get his attention between cars, but no go. I guess I'll call the phone number & make arrangements to pick up my free item. Hardly seems worth
