I had been a loyal customer at Oasis for over a year. On 11/14 my Jeep was damaged by this wash, My center brake light was broken and found in the middle of their wash tunnel. After over a month of back and forth with the business. They are denying a claim they previously approved. I was told ( as many others with similar issues) that this “could not have happened here “and “it didn’t happen to anyone else” . I was told they’d be reimbursing for the price of the part. A month later they say they will not be since nobody else had damage that day.

Like many previous reviewers, this place is a joke. Mediocre quality wash plus vehicle damage. Manager Adam completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Calling me a liar about the damage done by his machines when clearly my bumper hanging on the ground didn’t happen anywhere else in the last 5 minutes. He said “ I’ll make it right” but now refuses to acknowledge his responsibility for the damage done.

I ran my car through the wash today & signed up for the monthly package, I was so impressed with how easy it was to use the tunnel kiosk and the attendants were helpful on and professional. The car looked gorgeous, the self serve vacuum bays were easy to use and I love the floor mat beater machines! Highly recommend, the highest tier package is less expensive than the previous car wash I had a membership with and the results and amenities are far superior
