Used them when a tree branch went thru my back glass thru the insurance ..didn't have any issues that time around pretty basic job asked if he could help with the deductable he said no way..okay whatever.. recently another window broke small stationary one in the back hard to find..tell the insurance I'll use them..call him ask him to look around and get back to me a couple days later I call he says oh yeah maybe be here Tuesday blah blah blah try to ask questions hes super short with me and basically hangs up on me ..says I gotta go bye ... Now I understand it's not a huge job but customer service

H O R R I B L E ... Dented and scratched my hood. When questioned about this they said oh it was already there! Standard answer to get out of a situation for a shop that will is not responsible for the lousy service. I know there were no marks on my hood, as I just had my car detailed before driving it over there. Besides the dirt and glue on my dash, wiper blades and hood, I would have noticed a dent as large as the one the put in my hood when I drove my car over to there shop for the install. I would warn anyone to go somewhere else!

I'm very happy with the service and care I received from this company. Everything was very painless. The insurance company recommended Phoenix. The woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and had my windshield replaced first thing the next morning. The technicians even taught me how to put my wipers in valet. Great experience all around!
