This shop is great ! Everyone was so friendly ,helpful and professional ! I recently cracked the glass on one of my frames and I went here to get it replaced . The shop is close to home so that was very convenient for me and I thought the price was reasonable . I was able to get the glass replace quickly , within only a few days . They were even nice enough to put the glass in the frame for me ! Thank you !

Attempted to have my windshield replaced. They canceled at last minute on two occasions and could not provided a reasonable timeframe to reschedule. The first time they cancelled was because they forgot to order the molding for the windshield. When requesting to reschedule, they said they would call back, but never did. This has been going on for two weeks so ultimately had to look for another company to replace windshield. They wasted my time and were unprofessional.

Rude staff - called to get information and unbeknownst to me in what the process of fixing the glass entailed... I asked to please just call back when I was home and settled. As I hung up the phone I heard Cathy say "she made me go through all of that and she wasn't even home." So no, I won't be doing business with them because this is the way they consider customers.
I called back and caught her off guard. She did try to talk over me and offer an apology, but no thanks.

Dissapointed with this place. My cars currently there being worked on for the 3rd time (replacing cracked front windshield). First time they came to my house which I thought was great workers left my car dirty full of the glue and stuff they were working with. The windshield wasnt lined up properly and due to that there was rubbber sticking out of the passenger side inside the car. Had to take back to fix it, saw the 2 workers that had worked on it the first time, no decency to even apologize or nothing. 2nd time it looks great, clean, even but the next day theres an annoying squeaking sound from

Poor service.. Did not make appointment time. Then when the work was done destroyed inspection sticker and also left wiring that should of been concealed. I had glass insurance if that matters. Overcharged them per web site. 251 dollars per site was 385 Dollars.. Total BS. I would not recommend them. Never got back to me either through contacts on web site.
