I had an old window that broke in the house and I didn't think I was able to replace it any time soon. So decided to take the window to Pinnacle Glass on pineaire dr and hope for the best.
They looked at the window and told me they will have it ready the next morning with new glass. I was so happy to hear I didn't need a new window but glass only.
Highly recommend Pinnacle Glass!!

Full transparency: I posted this review on google as well.
Absolutely terrible customer service. We were told we would have someone here today between 10-12 to fix and replace the glass for three different cars. We never received a phone call to confirm this time and once we finally got in contact with the company we were told they were going to figure out what was going on and call us right back. After nearly an hour we finally got a call back and were informed that the woman who set up our appointment was fired and the man who was supposed to fix the glass called out sick today and nobody ever

I brought my 2021 Tacoma in to Pinnacle after discovering a large (~18 in) horizontal crack in the windshield. The experience I had was nothing less than spectacular. The communication I received from them was constant and clear, they handled all of the interactions with the insurance company for me, and they were spot on with their estimate on how long it would take to repair the windshield. 10/10 would recommend Pinnacle Auto Glass for all of your auto glass needs!

Extremely rude and extremely disrespectful. I am very picky with the work I get done on my vehicle. I asked the guy to put the windshield on properly and evenly. The guy replied with "Do I stand over your head when you are working?" and "It's annoying." Nevertheless, the windshield is on unevenly. I will not recommend this company to anyone getting work done on their vehicle. Also promised me a windshield they could not follow through with. It is pretty unbelievable how unprofessional these people are.

Before reading, know that I am goi to highly recommend Pinnacle Glass for any window related concerns.
My windshield had a small crack in it, so I contacted my State Farm agent to make sure it was covered on my auto insurance. She said I had full coverage and recommended Pinnacle Glass.
I called and spoke to Kurt who was able to squeeze me in on the upcoming Saturday (I spoke to him Thursday). The shop is located in Bayshore, but they were able to send two technicians to my house in Melville. Kurt gave me a 3-hour window of 10am-1pm.

I would definitely use these guys again for sure! I had a very difficult 1959 super 88 restoration - replacing the front windshield and re-sealing the back, and they were careful and honest. The difficulty of it was the talk of the shop, and they always treated me with friendliness, kindness and respect. Due to some structural issues and the weather the project had to be delayed several times, but they got the job done correctly and didn't just slap it in. As long as you are cool to them they will be 10x as cool to you. They obviously had the expertise, knowledge, and patience to deal with
