When co-founders Matt Jung and Chip George were just two students at Hope College in Holland, Michigan, they had a problem: an inadequate, uncomfortable old beanbag with a penchant for bruised tailbones. With a free afternoon on their hands, they decided to give the bag a little pick-me-up. They quickly surveyed their surroundings and found a heap of foam mattress pads.

Bingo! The two began shredding these pads like a term paper they never wanted found. Then, they stuffed the pieces into the old bag. Two hours, some liquid refreshments and handfuls of shredded pads later, the beanbag was back to new and - more importantly - an idea was born: The Fuf. Matt and Chip then looked around and recognized something they had learned in Econ 101: a market.

Only giving 1 star so i can comment. Worst place ever!!! Truck drivers should blacklist this place and avoid it like the plague that it is. They make 1 beanbag at a time, box it up and label it, then put it on your trailer. I have been here 6 hrs and the trailer is only 1/2 full. Now everyone is on lunch. I will never pick up a load here again.

We love our big joe bean bag. The customer service is awesome. A month or so after we received our bean bag we found a big hole where the zipper tore. They worked with us to get a replacement. We haven't had a problem since and highly recommend it. Great quality without breaking the bank.
