I've had two good experiences with Norman's but I do not recommend having them order anything for you. I placed a deposit down on the couch and a loveseat and I came upon some very unforseen circumstances and they are charging me a $1,400 restocking fee. There won't be a fourth experience. You guys just lost my business. Within the next year I'll be buying furniture for my home, and it won't be from you guys.
