Walked in looking for a mini fridge, Calvin and the owner were so helpful. They didn't have one in stock but offered to have one brought in from the Boro. I said I needed it today, so the owner (?) Got online and took the time to look up stores that had one in store for me in town today. Beyond exceptional customer service.

Great local business! Kincaid’s has been our place for all of our Appliances in Shelbyville. The store has everything we need and they will special order items for us when needed. Their service department is A+. Mark has gotten us out of so many jams.. they will do whatever to help make customers happy, that’s why we CHOOSE to shop at Kincaid’s and will continue to do so!
