I had an Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) on July 19, and I absolutely had the best experience and treatment. The staff is amazing. The love they show is unexplainable š. Everytime I called (even on a Sunday) I was treated as a priority. Dr. Hensel and his team are real-life miracle workersšCan't wait until next summer.

Absolutely love these people! From the time I reached out to them to right this moment today! They have taken excellent care and attention to every want and desire I came to them with! Iām super pleased with my surgery! I just got my replacement breast augmentation done yesterday and by last night I was already up and doing great! They took such great care of me! I have never been here. Have never shown interest. Never had a single thing to do with them, nor have I ever had a single procedure or a needle anywhere near my body except for blood draw at the doctorās office. In fact, I donāt really believe in getting āwork done.ā So how on earth this company got my personal cell phone number and keeps texting me with promotionals long after Iāve sent āREMOVEā and āSTOPā back to them is beyond me. They paid for my number from somewhere and have probably done it to many others. Seedy business practice knowing they paid for my informationā¦

Let me just start by saying this: When I first booked my consultation to get my tattoos removed I really didnāt know what I was getting into. I was a bit nervous to go to a plastic surgeons office because Iāve had never been to one before. All I could think about was the little anxieties of pursuing any type of treatment.

Normally I would never leave a negative review, especially regarding something so personal and private, but my experience here has left me with real problems that cause me pain and interfere with my daily life, so I feel like I have no choice but to share my experience. I had a procedure done this past summer, and had issues with one incision ever since then. I kept returning to follow up and report my post-surgical pain, but was assured that it would heal normally. The other incision healed perfectly with no issues, but I kept having issues with the incision on one side.

I canāt say enough good things about my experience with LCPS. Ever since my phone consultation with Michele and in person visit with Dr. Hensel, I knew I was in great hands. Dr Hensel took the time to explain the procedure and answer all of my questions. Christina took extra care to make sure I was prepared for surgery day! I had a tummy tuck with hernias/muscle repair and everything has been perfect thus far. Iām very satisfied with my results and canāt wait to go back in a few months for my breast augmentation!!
