Gave only a 1 star because zero stars is not an option. I am sure the Dr is a nice man, however we have had 2 instances now with there office, specifically Karen, that has been unsatisfactory. First time when my wife had an procedure Karen said if we paid in actual cash she would charge us $1000 less. This seemed odd at the time, but to save money we paid in actual cash, then Karen turned around and sent us a bill for $1000, would not return our phone calls, and tried to send us to collections. Have had several procedures done by Dr. Young - so very pleased with the results. Staff is friendly, efficient and very accommodating to my needs. I'm so happy with the results from my procedure. Dr. Young was very attentive during my consultation, and took time with me answering my questions making me feel like I was his only patient. He was great before and after surgery. Great follow up as well. His surgery staff was so kind and reassuring for a nervous patient. I highly recommend him! In fact, he's been not only my doctor, but my daughter and granddaughter's. We all give him 5 stars!! Thank you Dr. Young and your staff!

Dr. Young is awesome! He has done two procedures for me, both under different circumstances. Both were really good experiences. His nurse Sarah is incredible, my bulldog, she gets what you need and takes the time explain until you understand. The anesthesiology was the nicest man ever. I'm sorry I don't remember his name but in my defense, I met him then he knocked me out cold!

I spoke with a nurse to discuss a date that was available for surgery. To my understanding the date was available and I accept. It was getting close to the date and I realize I didn’t get a call from the center. Do I reach out to them the nurse told me we only discuss the date and she did not set the appointment. So i told her that was incorrect. So, she told me the date is no longer available. So i said what date do you have? She inform me that she would find out. However it’s been three weeks. I called consistently and the office still have not reach out to me. THIS COMPANY IS NOT ORGANIZED
