If I could give this place no stars I would 🙃 but overall when we first moved everything was well but we had roaches mind we moved in and they were already crawling everywhere they had sent a person to just put cream on the walls. Which didn’t help I went two time to tell them personally and wrote a maintenance request as well. They didn’t go when we left it was so embarrassing because how bad the roaches were lived by the trash and right by neighbors that weren’t clean. Once we moved out we got billed for the pest company to go which I was asking for since I moved in. They billed us 400

Parking situation has become a big problem since you've allowed cars to be parked without permit. I keep enduring with daily headaches from this building, from uncontrolled ice-cream vans to looking for a parking on a street like half mile from here even at 7pm. Nothing works here, you need a better management. And google should have allowed reviewers to post with no star because this place does not deserve one!!!!

I think that the apartment complex its self is reasonable as for the staff I never really spoke to them my review will be based off the people inhabiting the apartments and the MAINTENANCE CREW I needed to emphasize the maintenance crew for the story ahead
First the good things
1. The apartments had enough room for reasonable people
2. The apartment employees seemed nice
Now the bad
1. My apartment caught fire without any of the fire alarms working
2. There was complaint made about the heating in the first floor about a year ago that was never fixed
3. They did nothing about the drug dealers

Could be worse.. but could also be better. The management does a great job communicating, responding to issues, and keeping the grounds clean. However, the units are not designed well and do not provide good use of space. I think they are over-priced for what you get. The neighbors are nice, but loud and messy. One of the units in the building we lived in had roaches. That was discovered after our annual inspection, so they were just living with them and not notifying management of the issue. Pretty gross. Management responded well to the issue, but I couldn't trust the cleanliness of my neighbors
