Have been going here for years. Because the staff is so great hear me along with my children have never been afraid to go to the dentist. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It is always clean and everyone here goes out of their way to make you comfortable. I love it here!!!they are great with adults and children! Can’t give this place enough stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ my son broke his front tooth in half and by the time Mr. Charles was done you would ha e never noticed! His work is beyond amazing

I have never experienced such amazing service in my life. Dr. Charles Jouandot is wonderful. From reception to hygienist the entire staff made me feel welcomed and comforted with my extensive dental care needs. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep while he was doing a pulp cap. And I am not a day sleeper. I feel confident that this team will give me the smile I always wanted. God bless all of you. Best dentist ever!!!

They just think they can have it there way,this is not "Burger King".

I really want to give zero stars
I hate that i ever went to this office
My tooth still hurts afer a 2 weeks
I called to complain only to reach a bunch
Of smart mouth lazy worker who does nothing but schedule your appointments wrong
I had to set in the lobby after about 40 mins Then lie and say they will call you and never do
Even wrost to see is a smart mouth doc thats good for nothing he told me i had a dry cel and he was going to stuff it only for him to tell his worker i think she still has a pice of tooth in there but never bother him to take it out i hate that i ever went there he need

Called and made my husband a new patient appointment. A day before his appointment, Maxine (spelling?) called and confirmed his appointment and told me that he has a deductible of $50. I argued this fact because I know my benefits. She said the xrays were only covered at 80% even BMX (so not true)! I called my insurance company and sure enough bitewings are covered at 100%. I called back and Maxine was very rude and then changed her story saying she couldn't see a new patient without getting a full mouth of X-rays. My husband needs his teeth cleaned and this place is clearly only worried about

The most friendly staff ever. Always helpful. Dr. Charles Jouandot is a gem. He is very gentle and thorough. Best dentist I ever had the pleasure of working with. I had him as a my dentist before Katrina. I finally found him again when he opened Jefferson Dental. It would take a major hurricane to make me leave him and his great staff. I advise anyone looking for a great dentist to try them first. You will never leave.
