Great customer service. Husband had a tooth go bad on our holiday. I looked up local dentists. Found that I could email a request for an appointment. That was a Sunday. Dr. Emailed me back Sunday night to bring him in first thing Monday morning. We went tooth extracted. Excellent care and service. Thank you.

I live in NJ but was in New Orleans for a conference and a crown had popped out. I was in trouble. How fortunate I was to be able to get in to see Dr. Rathke and his assistant, Natalie. The experience was excellent! I was in friendly, capable hands in a comfortable environment, the price was very fair and the result was top-notch! Problem resolved! My experience at Downtown Dental exceeded my expectations. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, pleasant and professional. Natalie (front office) was exceptionally warm and friendly. Anne (dental hygienist) provided excellent care X-raying & cleaning my teeth. She’s truly great at her job. The service I received from everyone was exceptional. I also appreciate the open, welcoming atmosphere. I will continue to use Downtown Dental for my oral health.
