The owner is the sweetest and always makes sure that you are getting the best service each time you are there. Joyce is the absolute best and I keep coming back just because of her even though I’ve had a horrible experience with one of the receptionists (twice) already.

Honestly a lot wrong here. I am just in town visiting so I didn't think it would be a big deal to complain. I came here this morning to get a spontaneous mani/pedi with a friend. The massage part was nice but everything else was questionable.

1. Color - I asked to get the same color on my hands and feet but they were not the same. The lighting in the salon made it hard to tell but they should know from the bottle

2. They cut my cuticles up so bad - My hands are burning when I wash them and I literally was bleeding at the salon from my cuticles. It is currently the night I got them done and

Han did a cuticle clean up and took all of her time and patience on my nails

I walked in a week before christmas without an appointment and they had me going immediately and did not rush anything
the front check in young lady is very sweet and friendly

I always see ms Lisa she’s great 😊 on time another technician worked on me she did a horrible job I told her to remove glitter line when I went home saw bubbles all over my nails .. called the next day thanks to ms Lisa she fixed it for but the owner charged me extra $50

Have gone to several nail salons in Katy since moving back in the area. I am EXTREMELY picky about how I like my nails. This is the first nail salon that does awesome pedicure and manicures! I got a full set and requested red under the black acrylic. Tina did a fantastic job. Worth every penny! Will be coming back.

Nail tech got all set up and was starting my nails after about a 15 minute wait, when another woman came in and she literally stopped and told me I’d have to continue waiting, moved all her things and started to do the other woman’s nails instead. They asked me to continue to wait with no given timeframe, which I declined. Super poor customer service to be starting someone’s nails and then stop to do someone else instead. Too many great nail salons in the area to return somewhere like this.

Just wanted to say thank you to Judy, manager, that called me and helped me to schedule an appointment to correct my last visit. I was able to come in and get a new refill and toe polish change color and the correct shape of my nails that I originally asked for. Thank you for listening to your customer needs! I'll be back for sure
I want to start by saying that everyone is very friendly here. I've been a couple of times and service is good. Prices are fait. If you call ahead they will hold an appt for you so you don't have to wait. They offer you beverages. Place looks clean.

You get treated terribly here if you are not a regular. They must be happy and busy with the customer base they have and don't want any new customers. I have been a few times and it's always the same. They leave me waiting forever, then I am rushed through whatever I am having done. My last visit will be my last.

I always love this place.
Everyone is super friendly, professional, salon is clean, and they have a wide arrange of styles/colors.
I had my acrylic nails done by Kevin and you can tell he really enjoys his job.
He was very detailed and went back multiple times to buff or color to make sure it was perfect.
I highly recommend this place!

The lady that took care of me went above and beyond to make sure my nails look perfect for my wedding. I wanted some jewels on my nails and we were both worry the jewels will come out but its been almost a week now and my nails look the same! Loved it

Relaxing, calm and peaceful place to get your manicures, pedicures and other lovely services for your beauty needs. Cindy and Mary took care of my mani and pedí and they did a terrific job while adhering to all new policies regarding covid safety measures. This will be my new go to place, just a little slice of heaven when you need some "me time".

Well I've had okay experiences here. People are friendly and it's clean. I don't know what to think this week. My nails were done on Saturday, on Sunday, Mother's Day, it began to crack... then Monday- weds day, almost all are cracked. Soooo I don't know if it's the product or the technician. ‍

Update: after 3 weeks of taking antibiotics and my finger just getting worse, I got a second opinion. Its not Staph, it's HERPETIC WHITLOW from not sanitizing the tools used on my manicure. More meds, more money and this nasty finger to deal with. So disgusting. Sorry for the gross pics.

Writing this review as I sit in the doctor's office, waiting on Doc to write me a prescription for the staph infection I got from my manicure last weekend. The lady doing my nails drilled so much of my cuticles, they were scabbed over and swollen the next day. Fast forward a week

Great job on dips, shellac and Pedicures. Just wish the chatter in first language wasn't so loud so I could enjoy more.

I've gotten my nails done here multiple times. They treat you very differently if you are not a well known customer. It's very hit and miss. Sometimes my nails last a while and sometimes they don't. The last straw for me was when SNS powder was taken off of my finger with an acrylic nail. The nail technician slid the acrylic nail under the powder and ripped of the top of my natural nail. 10% compensation was offered, but I chose to start going to a different place after that.

I have gone here a few times and generally have an ok experience, but after this last time, I'll not be returning. I picked out a gel color but changed my mind and the lady tried to talk me into keeping the original color. I've never had that happen to me and thought it was very odd. As she was removing the shellac I had on, she was very rough and filed the skin on my fingers, which is very painful. The day after getting them done I noticed the paint has already chipped. So now I have raw fingers and chipped nails. On top of that, they got rid of the program that gives you points every

I go here consistently for my nails and love it! I am very impressed by the time and quality they put into making sure my nails look amazing. I've never been disappointed and will continue going back :)

Just know that they lost a customer for poor customer service and management. It's unnecessary to drag them for what happened. I just hope that what happened to me doesn't happen again.

I have been a long time client, it doesn't matter the day or the person that gives you the service they are always kind and professional. An impeccable management crew.

I have my nails and toes done here every three weeks, usually with Kevin for nails and Andy for my pedicure. Yesterday Cindy did my nails since Kevin is out of town. Each of my cuticles on my left hand was cut by the drill she used. Every time my hand gets wet or bumped it stings. I stopped by today to show them and got an apology, but nothing else. Disappointing. Not sure I'll be going back.

The owner called and personally apologized. Offered 50% off my next fill. I will give them another chance.

Nail salons are a dime-A-dozen and I would go so far as to say some are even hit or miss. For me, I would say this has been my experience at this particular place. I've tried it several times out of sheer convenience and my last visit was satisfactory. The pedicure looked good, service was good, and overall friendly. It wasn't until I got home and begin to wonder why my feet were hurting to walk on so badly. They were red and sore but I initially assumed it was due to my new shoes. I never considered it was due to the"spa pedi".

I had the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I chose this salon because they said on their website they did Brisa Gel Nails. I used their online appointment system and in the comment section I said "Special Instructions:I'm looking for a full set with Brisa Gel. I would like to do some holiday nails." My appointment was confirmed and when I arrived I wrote in the sign in sheet that I wanted Brisa Gel. When Judy spoke to me she convinced me that gel powder was better for me so I agreed to try it. I showed her two pictures that they had on their Facebook and Yelp page
