Members First Credit Union has options for your saving and investing needs including high yield and super high yield accounts. Opening a savings account is super easy! If you are a new member, either apply online, or stop by a branch. You will need $5 to establish your membership and open the account, as well as two forms of ID.
We teach younger members proper saving and borrowing habits while guiding them to a bright financial future. Members under 18 also get rewards for saving money, age-appropriate financial education resources, and CDs (Certificate of Deposit) with a lowered minimum balance of just $100!

Been a member for a couple years now. Have had 2 personal loans. I have become behind on my second loan because they didn't set up the auto pay feature like I originally had. Without notice they have locked my account. The app allowed me me to deposit my pay but no other transactions including my automated bill pay. Real nice Members First!

My husband and I have been faithful members for 24 years with our personal and business accounts. Cashing or depositing checks has never been an easy task, them holding funds for up to a couple weeks or possibly denying cashing completely. They have only once, in 24 years, given us an auto loan (with a very high % rate), when we have applied many times for auto or camper loans. After our last experience with them a week ago, I will be closing my last remaining account with them. I would not recommend doing business with MFCU. Staff is friendly, but all the hidden fees & surprise repercussions for things nobody tells you about make it an awful Credit Union.. I had an account with a different Credit Union in a different town & never had to deal with nonsense like I have here.. Glad to be done.. No more surprises for me, thank you.
