This is a great place to do business . They are exactly what they are suppose to be . Very friendly people to deal with . I have been with them for years with zero issues . If I have a question , I get a immediate answer . They help me understand things in banking I know little about . I would and have recommended them to many people . Far better than large , impersonable banking systems .

I would give 0 stars if I could. When our loan officer was out of the office, we had to work with Lisa. Lisa was not very welcoming, did not want to help us because we were not her customers. Refused to answer our calls, did not email us like she was supposed to and denied every car we sent her way. She blew us off. When we went in to sign for papers, we had to wait 20-30mins for her to finish gossiping with someone else only to bring us in and say she wasn’t approving us. 10/10's dont recommend. For the last year I did everything I was asked to work to this credit unions requirements to get a debit card (admittedly bad credit situation). Now that I'm threatening to leave, I'm being told there's a program that works for me. But it starts in two weeks.

So I moved to Alma early last year, I chose to open an account here to support local businesses. Everything was good and the workers are friendly. However, be wary that using the mobile banking is not accurate, in fact information on their system is not updated as you use your card apparently. I would use my card and these transactions would not even show up as a pending transaction for a week. So thinking I had more money than I did I spent the money that seemed to be available. I would spend $50 and wake up in the morning with a -$400 dollar balance. They did this for months before I realized
