I work as a travel nurse and I spent two months at the campground from the beginning of September to the end of October and had a wonderful experience. As a lady, and my first time RVing on my own, I felt very safe and welcomed. The camp host, Sharon, and the owner, Alfred, were particularly welcoming and accommodating. They helped me pull my camper, level it (the site was already exceptionally leveled without blocks), and hooking it up. They made sure to check in on their rounds when I was outside or walking my dog, but not overwhelming my space in any way. Whenever I did have a concern, they

This place is NOT SAFE for families. On several occasions there were men in the women's bathroom peeping at little girls. It was reported every time. The owner stated that we as women should go to the showers together to be safe.My family and a couple of others were personally effected. There are so many details I would love to put in this review but not enough space for it! Beautiful place. BUT THIS PLACE IS NOT SAFE!

NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR FULL-TIME FAMILIES . New management has taken over, and they don’t believe in calling the authorities when horrible things have happened AND continue to young girls and woman at this park. Keep your kids close and eyes open! Especially here!! We experienced, Dirty bathhouses, Feeling unsafe, No Internet, flooding during the rain and Bad attitudes from staff and owners. Very dissatisfied with this RV park. Think twice about staying here, especially if you have young kids, teenagers.

One of the most beautiful sunsets. Not many trees but it didn’t matter. There’s plenty of space between sites. Not too much light pollution so at night seeing the stars was stunning with so much open space to enjoy a grand view! The bathrooms and showers are spotless and the peace and quiet in the country is priceless. Spent my birthday tent camping and had a blast.

First night was last night. Very peaceful and quiet. Think campground in middle of a farm and you can picture pretty well. Moderately busy with mix of families and guys working (like me). Checked in while closed (Closed Sunday) and you just put the $ in a drop box. Facilities are clean and well kept. Propane and firewood available. Saw playground for kids. VERY level dirt pads but easy setup. Good water and full hookups. Electrical was a trifecta - 15A, 30A, 50A. Good location with Deadwood across the street and Walmart 15 min away. Note - no BBQ grills at sites.

Campground was clean, where we were the grass was to tall. Catch and release pond, fenced well kept. I never went to the store or bath house. The wifi was lousy and hardly any verzion service there. We had to leave a day early before 11 am and the lady said ok. She didn't offer even a partial refund, say thank you, come back or anything . We wont go there again

Laundry and shower house were nice, but dont get used to it. They'll book a reservation in the spot your staying in and let you know the day before the reservation holder shows up to get your spot that you have to be moved within the next day, when working 10-12 hours a day, that was NOT what I wanted to come home to. Thanks for the short stay, we WILL NOT be back.

We found Farm Country Campground when we had to evacuate the Outer Banks due to hurricane Arthur. The campground is not very old so it has that "new" feeling. Sites are nicely sized so that you have ample room. There is no shade as the trees were planted when the campground was put in a few years ago. The grass had been bush-hogged but not "mowed" so for us was a bit too tall...pretty much made you feel like you were definitely camping in a field. The sites had no gravel but were almost level. Staff and owners were super nice and always helpful. Pool was nice and had a handicapped lift. Bathrooms
