I was transferred here from my previous agent and was with their office for about ten years. After the transfer, I never actually spoke with David Baxter. I had a couple of issues with letters I received from underwriting. I contacted David's office and spoke with Justin at least five times, and each time he represented to me that he'd taken care of it. The last time I spoke with him about the letter, I specifically asked him to follow up with underwriting or look further into the situation and call me back, and he never did. The people working at David Baxter's office is a bunch of thieves. It is against State Farms' policy to do what there office was trying to do to me. For those of you that don't know you can get an additional 5% discount off your car insurance if you add a renter's policy OR a life insurance policy. This office was trying to get me to buy into a life insurance policy and told me that I would get an additional 5%, on top of 5% from my renter's policy, for a combine 10% extra discount, this is not something that State Farm offers. When my former State Farm agent retired and I was transferred to this new office, of course I was worried. Would I get the same level of fast and friendly service? Well, no need to worry. The service is just as good (I don't dare say better because my friends from the old office might be listening) and certainly as fast and friendly. Don't know who answers the phone at Mr Baxter's business, but the guy always speaks with confidence & knowledge. His tone exudes calmness and reassurance and regardless of my question, he always seems pleased to assist me. When I raise questions about my policies, he's always well informed and gives me clear concise answers. Overall, Mr Baxter's agency is perhaps the best insurance agency I have ever dealt with.

I had a great experience with David Baxter - State Farm Insurance. In spite of going through a the difficulty of my daughter getting in an auto accident Dave's office took care of everything allowing me to focus on my daughter and her injuries.
