I have a good experience overall. The maintenance come really fast whenever there is a issue with the apartment. Ladies work at the rental office are friendly and response the email actively. The only complain I have was regarding the management process. When I renew my lease, it takes them a few weeks to sort out the new billings. When I transfer my lease to my friend, it took them 2 weeks which is longer than usual to approve her. Besides this, I had a good stay here.

Regency Square is nothing but slum lords who don’t care about their tenants. I have been without an A/C for almost a week now and their maintenance staff says that nothing is wrong with my Unit. I had an issue with a Peeping Tom earlier this year who still lives next door and they didn’t do anything I asked, which was to move me to a different apartment. I’ve had a leak from upstairs for a month now and they have only perform two, quick and easy, temporary fixes. Regency Square is inhabitable, nor is it safe for people and their families to live.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SO UNNNN- PROFESSIONAL IT SURPRISES ME THAT THEY ARE OPEN. DOES OR HAVE ANYONE EVER COMPLIAINED OR HAVE THE NUMBER TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE? I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO A LEGAL LEVEL IF I CAN'T GET ANY ONE TO SERVICE ME BETTER THAN THIS. WE PAY AGREED AMOUNT OF RENT, BUT THEY DEFAULT ON THE AGREED SERVICES THEY AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The apartments are well maintained inside and out. My apartment has new modern flooring, newer appliances, and freshly painted white. It is quiet and kept clean. It is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Over all, it's a great place to live.

Regency square is amazing very quiet , and peaceful place! Management is so understanding! Been here for a month and I loved it so much I made my lease into 1 year! Love the fact that whenever you have questions or concerns they help you right away, and make you feel wanted! Really would recommend these apartments for someone who wants to start somewhere ! Thank you regency square!

Overall, a great place to live. Staff is always welcoming and maintenance does an amazing job. I love knowing I can count not them to keeping the apartments looking clean. Everyone I go to work in the meowing, they’re always up early as well cleaning around and working. Great maintenance leader!
