When I first started Tony Nguyen Law Firm, PLLC, I was a solo practitioner who worked in a small office. It was myself and my part-time assistant, Michelle. Sometimes, I worked 20 hour days; locating and interviewing witnesses who worked graveyard shifts, late night discovery sessions, and then early morning court appearances were the norm.
Alex Ybarra serves as the Director of Tony Nguyen Law Firm. A graduate of the University of Texas of Austin, Mr. Ybarra originally worked under the Office of Communications for Attorney General Greg Abbott. After 4 years of public service, Mr. Ybarra decided to continue serving and fighting for the public in the private sector at the Tony Nguyen Law Firm.

Very helpful. A friend and I were in a crash earlier this year. Some lady pulled out in front of us when we were on the service road on I 35. At first, we thought her insurance would just pay for the damages and for our emergency room visit (our kids were in the back of the car). The lady admitted to being at fault but then we found out that she completely changed her story with her insurance! She said we were speeding which is crazy and I also have a dash cam.

I have to admit, I never thought I would hire one of these lawyers that I see on TV. But a friend of mine referred me to Tony and I am glad he did. I was hit outside of my house when I was jogging and the guy tried to leave the scene.
Some of my neighbors were thankfully outside when it happened and I guess their cameras scared the guy into staying until the cops got there. I thought my situation would be easy but the insurance for the guy was being impossible. They kept talking about how I needed to send all of my bills and social security number. Really weird stuff.

I hate having to write this because I don't like the memory of my accident but I have to say I am glad I went with these guys. They came out to talk to me as soon as I called. I was hit by a drunk driver and the cops just left me with a piece of paper for some report. I had to get my kids to school on Monday so I needed a solution for a rental. These guys were there with money for my rental since the insurance was already closed for the day! Crazy convenient. Plus I got a really good check at the end from the other guy's insurance. I hope you never have the need but if you do, call Tony.

Pretty cut and dry.
Hurt very very badly, lifelong changes as a result,
they led me to believe
verbally several times
and Tony told me straight out once
they would take much less
so I could get more in the end,
and they took waaaay more
than what they kept inferring and said they would
and waaaay more than they earned for sure.
I was lied to ALOT about too much to go into.

Hello We hired tonys firm to handle our case which was a car accident, we had got t-boned by another car and we had the worst experince with all the staff including the lawyers handling our case. The ladys that answer the phone are the worst they can not help out for nothing or seemed to busy to help. We had two lawyers go thru our case the first one quit so we were passed on to her helper/lawyer (never returned our calls) and when it came down to our finances it was not even worth nothing we lost our car at the in-pound. they also charged us 250 to file paperwork with our insurance for our p

The absolute worst decision to date was to hire this firm. After a head on collision I decided to protect myself against current and possible future medical bills. I have a law degree but thought my time was better spent on other obligations so I hired Tony's firm. Very long story short, this firm is run by children. The attorneys that are on staff are beginners at best and the staff that I have been able to speak with have been disorganized and uncaring. It took the staff over 14 months to get to my case to where I would have been if I had not even used them and delt directly with the insurance

My settlement was a little over $23,000 I owed Tony Nguyen for a $200 advance loan, and Redwood funding $1,150 for a loan from them. My take was $4,000.70. And no, unfortunately I don't know how Gigi my attorney can validate where my fair earnings could have gone to. I lost $860.00 in lost wages alone

I would have to agree with the last review. This law firm puts you on the backburner and waits until you call them. this is not the first time I had to contact a lawyer due to an accident. My previous lawyer at the Robson law firm was outstanding. The only reason that I came to this law firm is for the loan. I asked about the loan and I did not qualify for it. Like a fool I decided to use them anyway, wow was that a mistake. here it is a month later and they haven't even picked up the police reports. STAY AWAY YOU ARE BETTER OFF DEFENDING YOURSELF!!!

Terrible law firm!!! They represented me in my car accident case and I did all of the work. I got the medical records for them and the billing records for them because after three months the still had not gotten them. They acted like I was working for them instead of them working for me. They were rude and unprofessional. All I can say is whatever you do do not pick this firm to represent you!! Unless you want an attorney that is terrible.

Not the proffesionalism I expected. We were not notified of any progress for months. Everytime I called the receptionist had the same status of the case. My son ended up spending more money in gas than he got back in the injury case. I dont reccomend this law firm to anyone. If you are in a car accident and you are referred to this firm do your research first! Highly dissatisfied! I rarely bad mouth any business but this law firm was unacceptable.
