DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. The office staff are rude and unprofessional. They made my appointment then I get there and had to walk up 3 flight of stairs because they said they was running behind and hadn't unlocked the elevator. They asked for my insurance cards, once they found out I had Passport as a secondary insurance, they wouldn't see me. They showed total disregard for my time and was in no way willing to offer any other solutions.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Dickenson! Every office visit I have I always get so tickled at her. She even took my call on her cell phone after hours when I had an unexpected, rare reaction to a medication and was very nervous. She took the time to talk with me and help me calm down.l, even thought she was shopping at Target. Sure, sometimes there is a wait. BUT that’s only because she takes whatever time you require at your appointment to address your needs and attend to them. She’s a very sweet and funny lady and she’s very smart about dermatology. I fully trust her with my skincare needs and

I don't think she is a bad doctor, but I am seeking a new one. I called to make an appointment for a relatively simple procedure and gave the office my insurance info. Nobody at the office bothered to tell me she was out of network. When I went for the initial appointment I waited nearly an hour to be seen. When she finally got me in, I was told it was an additional fee on top of my copay for the procedure (which nobody bothered to tell me on the phone). She caught a couple of suspicious moles - one she was specifically very concerned about. Naturally, I was filled with panic as this was nothing

I was referred to Dr Dickinson by my GP. She was very thorough in her examination and ran blood tests and a biopsy while I was there to screen for any possible diagnosis . I was so impressed that I took my grandmother to her to address some concerns she had about a growth on her face and another she had on her neck. Dr Dickinson took a biopsy and removed the growths that day. She is thorough and informative. She answered every question we had. She talks very fast, but she will take the time to listen and answer questions and concerns.
I see a lot of complaints about wait time. Having been there

Dr. Dickinson is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. The wait is often fairly long, but that is because she takes her time with each patient and tries to make certain each one gets exceptional care and an accurate diagnosis. She is friendly, thorough, and outgoing. The staff is usually rather busy, but they always take the time to say "Hi."
I cannot imagine any kinder, better dermatologist.
