Everyone was exceptional. I've been to several dermatologists and this office was definitely the best. From the front desk who was very courteous. To the medical assistant and she was very informative and sweet. The nurse practitioner Christy was very nice caring and professional. Thank you all for great experience. I have been a patient at Dr Banet’s practice now for close to a decade. Each time that I’ve gone, I’m greeted cheerfully and never have a long wait! Two weeks ago Emily removed a cyst from along my jawline. I went yesterday and had the sutures removed. She did a beautiful job as did her assistants! I highly recommend this practice. The are knowledgeable and caring. Thank you Dr Banet and staff.

My first visit there was quick and easy. The receptionist was nice and my dermatologist seemed to know what she was talking about. I don't know that I liked having two other people in there with her - it felt like I was a subject of something - but it's okay I'm not super shy. She didn't really do too much inspecting but she seemed to identify what was up really fast. She got me on a plan and I was out the door in less then an hour. Very efficient work. And she seemed super nice too. I think her name was Kathy?

I used to live across the river and the place I went for dermatology issues always kept me at least 2 hours in the office--waiting, waiting and waiting. I had a 2 pm appointment here at the Dermatology Center and was asked to come at 130 to fill out all the necessary insurance paperwork. I did the paperwork, had the appointment, talked to the doctor, made a follow-up appointment and walked out of there at 1:57!
