Pete joined Almond & Associates in 1999, and currently owns and manages the Tacoma office. A Tacoma local and Stadium High School Alumni, Pete utilizes a customer-focused, relational approach to recruiting. I never leave reviews, but the unprofessionalism of this company has prompted me too. I went in for an interview and then was Ghosted by them. Not wanting to work with someone is one thing, but to not reply and completely ignore is another. A simple reply back would have sufficed. Sad to see immature internet culture seeping into so called professional companies.
