They had asked if I'm interested in being employed by them? All that they require is to fill out W-2 forms. Social security numbers, id('s)/drivers license('s)and any contact info. Along with Employment history.
I would be ok with the majoraty of all this: If I'm 100% guaranteed emplyment by the time I were to leave. Before they even offer you the position they are needing you to fill. The staff had came accrossed to me, as unprofessional, an eninvertly disrespectful

I NEVER GOT DISPATCHED TO A JOB !! I did their pre hire paper work n drug screen but when I called in to receive work Myesha Huston was very rude to me. She refused to answer any of my questions and hug up on me !! Before hanging up she wanted to make sure, I knew she was the “manger”. Ive worked with many temp agency before and have never been treated with such disrespect. If I could give zero I would. Whoever manages this office needs to reevaluate who they let represent them!

"Have you lost your mind?" Is not an appropriate response to getting called out on the fact that you give out client information publicly on Google reviews, hire rude staff without apologizing, and falsely advertise your services. You need to work on your PR before your company gets shut down for violating client confidentiality. Stop treating your clients, and potential clients, like they aren't worth your time or respect. Your company is responsible for helping improve lives, and this is deplorable behavior for someone in that position of power.

This was the best experience I have ever ,ever, EVER had with a temporary and/or staffing agency ever. The wonderful and friendly staff(but I will get to them later), called me the day I applied, had me in for an interview the day after I applied, had me hired the day after, and working the very next Monday!! With a regular job, not working here one day, some place else the next two days, then nowhere the next three. Nope! None of that been working the same place since I started (there has been a few days they did not need me to work, but they had also been a couple days that I worked weekend overtime

Wow first off Kari glascoe is very unprofessional. She found out i put in a application for the job that i was assinged to as a temp and without me telling them. She called me saying"sorry they donot need u anymore" they said its just not working out.? Been at the job over 6 months and do everything im suppose to do and never got any problem with the supervisor. She threatned to fire me because i called the manager at the job the next day. She was very secretive and didnt want me to call the people. I was just very confused about everytning. So i got replaced the same day with a new guy. Never

They have jobs lined up. Definitely a great company to work for also the best staffing agency I have ever worked for.
Why 3 stars?
I was employed with them in 2013-2014. They kept me busy with a 40+ hour job PLUS another assignment thru the weekend. I was LOVING it! I had at most 70hrs a week. I had so much overtime it was crazy but it's what I wanted and needed.
The recruiters knew they could rely on me for last minute assignments because I never said no. When I say "last minute" assignments, I mean they would call me 10-30min before having to be at that job and I would show up! No hesitation

My experience with New Era Staffing has been nothing but positive. Earlier this year I replied to an ad they placed on craigslist, the same day I received a phone call to come down and interview. Once there I filled out the normal applications, took a test, was interviewed, offered a job at $10.00/hr which I gladly accepted. Took an onsite drug test there as well.
Yes, it is physical labor, warehouse work etc. They will try and match you with a job which your job history/background would qualify you for. I was placed at an aerospace factory. The hours were good, the pay was decent for the position

What a f@$!ing waste of time!! Saw a position online for a decent job, applied for it, went in for interview, did the computer tests...then they said that position had been filled but that they had other jobs. They only want to send you to jobs that are minimum wage. Its bull$#!*, you have to pass a criminal background check, drug test, e verify, their computer tests, have work experience...and if all that is good, they can get you a min. wage job? No thank you. I want to work, but not get taken advantage of. And with soo many temp agencies around, I was able to find another one who did see I was

This is by far the most unprofessional temp agency I have ever dealt with. My fiance went and filled out applications and assessments with this place, She was contacted on Wednesday 1-28-2015 at 2:30 pm and told that she could not be used for work, because one of the team members "called and e-mailed" her to tell her she needed to be at a job and did a no call, no show. I verified that my fiance did not receive any call or any e-mail. So I suspected a case of miscommunication, maybe her contact information was incorrect.
