All NWIS temporary employees must complete a safety orientation that includes a short video that provides general information about basic safety, concerns and reporting issues. We also provide temporary employee with safety personal protective equipment, such as safety boots, gloves, hard hats and reflective vest to help reduce expense and headache associated with providing equipment.
Option 1: Five panel saliva swab test that is conducted at NWIS (no charge to clients). The panel saliva drug test kit detects the recent use of up to five substances, such as THC, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, and PCP. Option 2: Seven panel urinalysis, completed, at a local medical clinic at an additional cost per test.

This a company is very unprofessional. If trying to see the days they need you to work so you can schedule it with your other job.. the hr response very rudely that it's up to the supervisor on the shift if they want you? So you might a call from the supervisor literally 24hrs b4 the shift or some times the same day as the shift.. when you need some paperwork sign. They make you wait 72hrs when its sitting right beside them.. saying I should have came in last week? .. NWIS seriously need s to work on their customers services skills..

My experience with NWIS started out with promises being made and in 3 months all that said meant nothing.. The front office puts ppl in charge that know nothing about what is going on. When ppl express there concerns the office just blows it off and moves forward. You have to fix the issue before you can move forward. Buttom line is the money was good. Most of the ppl i worked with are good but NWIS has serious issues in the management of its employees.

My experience was a success story I started out as a temp to hire worker. I never missed work and I was always working hard. They valued my work ethic so much they gave me a shot in a field I had very little experience in. Im now the HR Coordinator there and I couldn't be more grateful than I am for Theo and Gaelyn and what they have done for me and my family. If you are a responsible and reliable worker its a great place to go and find a career.
