Honestly I lost weight with them which is great. However, the one time I waited here for 3 hours for a 5 minute convo for the doctor. Now I’ve been waiting several weeks for them to sort it my medication and what not. I’ve called three times was told all three times I’d get a call back but didn’t. They got two stars because they did put me on a medication that helped my weight loss but missing out on three because of how slow they are and the poor communication.

I eat healthy and exercise regularly. But it seems the fat on my stomach and thigh area was just not going anywhere. I researched a lot of weight loss clinics in town. Many of them offer diet tips, which are hard to follow and easy to rebounce. Finally I found Shapology. Their nurse patiently listened to my concerns regarding my body shape and fat situation. They too offered me diet and exercise tips. But they also suggested me to go with CoolSculpting. They even went above and beyond to work with my busy working schedule. I truly feel that they are there for me to regain my confidence again.The

I would not recommend this place. It is a start up company with horrible follow-up. They do not return your calls. They have a phone number that goes to a voicemail that never gets answered. I thought after complaining they would have fixed the issues but I am still waiting for a call back. Not to mention they charged my insurance company when they where not supposed too and all the fees are covered in the fees they charged you.
