Great Atmosphere. Wonderful food. Got the Taco Special, the Tex Mex quesadilla, and Brisket Queso. All very good. The brisket had a very good taste.
Things to be noted for those who have never been here, beans and sauce are self serve. There is also sweet and unsweetened tea along with soft drinks available.
Very clean service. I recommend trying it out!

My meal here was amazing. I had the special - west Texas stacked enchiladas. The brisket inside was tender and delicious with a nice flavor of mesquite. The verde sauce was fresh and perfectly done. Everything about this meal was so good I had to will myself to stop eating before I hurt myself! It's that delicious.
Other things: the place has a ton of character, nice people working, indoor and outdoor dining, and a huge outdoor sitting/dining area for music nights.
It's about 40 miles away but I will be back.

My buddy in Godley told me I had to try the tacos here. I got three huge tacos, one brisket Del Norte, one chicken, and one picadillo. Got a small guac as well. Other pictures of the brisket triple stack enchiladas and brisket nachos. Really great food and friendly service. Two inside areas and an outside patio. Outside a bit noisy from passing trucks. Large live music area for the evenings.

Nice clean place, you enter and place your order then go to the salsa bar, also you get a free small ranchero beans bowl. Tacos are big and well served, I had two Brisket tacos and one Del norte which is a two corn tortillas with chicken fajita. Food is really good, prices were $6 dollar for the brisket taco and $5 for the Del norte. Sweet tea not the best I ever tasted. Service is excellent.Good place overall !

This little side of the road spot in Godley Texas is actually a quite large and amazing Mexican restaurant with an outdoor venue. We often stop here for tacos, guac, the free beans and some iced tea. They actually have a pretty large menu to pick from including everything from enchiladas, tacos, breakfast items and often has specials. Outside is a large outdoor area with picnic benches, a covered stage and they often have live music. It is BYOB as well. I've never had a something here that wasn't just next level delicious. It's not much to look at on the inside so don't come

We were in the area for a baseball tournament. Saw the place on Google Map and made a mental note. Then we drove by and the car shook when everyone's heads snapped to check it out. Has that look that says "oh yeah, that place is gonna be tasty". And we were NOT disappointed!! So good!! Awesome tacos, quesadillas, guac, queso. It was ALL good. Don't forget to grab a bowl of beans too! The only complaint was from the 10yr old, but it's his fault for getting chicken strips and tater tots at a taco joint, LOL.

A local acquaintance raved about this place as the "it" restaurant in Godley, so I went and checked it out. I had a brisket taco. The thing was big, so you're definitely getting a good amount of food. The seasonings were on point, but the meat was dry, which was the consensus of my group. Definitely enjoyed it, but could have been more tender.

Finally had the pleasure to try this place. First time we went we were running low on time and they were busy. My husband & I each got a taco plate which comes with two tacos, rice & guac. My husband got the blackened fish & chicken. I got the smoked brisket and skirt steak. All of the taco choices were good. The meat is smoked which is why they are on the pricier side. The chicken & steak have a charred smoky flavor. You get a lot of food for what you pay for. They have a live music schedule as well. We love going here for lunch on the weekends. The place is busier at night so if we go midday we beat the rush. We usually get the tacos bur today i tried the Del Norte brisket quesadilla which is made with corn tortillas (corn is my preference but they also have flour). It was covered in the salsa verde and crema. It was so good. Never had a bad meal here and we come quite a bit.

Just had the most excellent meal here! Smokey rellano served with cilantro rice...was so delicious!!! I thought a little pricey but gosh it was worth every dollar! My husband had ground beef enchilada with queso and crema (spicey sour cream) excellent as well. Food was beautifully presented ...would rival the best restaurants in FTW or Dallas.

Come on, it's Del Norte! How can it not be 5 stars. The food is always awesome and the only time I am slightly disappointed is when they run out of the meat I was going to order. But.... I should have gotten there sooner so the fault is mine.
Hint: when you order the nachos, order the chips on the side. You will thank me later.

I am posting this only after communicating my concerns to DNT over a week ago to which communication I received no reply. On our last three visits recently we have observed a decline in the quality we have come to enjoy here. To start with the complimentary beans are quite unhappy compared to the beans of old. Not only flavorless but last week not even fully cooked. I ordered a cheese enchilada and a salsa verde enchilada with brisket and my wife ordered a brisket filled burrito. All came swamped in what looked and tasted like canned ballpark nacho cheese sauce. See my photos of the drying

The lady who was working the counter, walked into the kitchen and prepared food WITHOUT washing her hands or using any hand sanitizer. Are they not suppose to use gloves or wash their hands before handling food?! Especially considering we're trying to prevent people from getting COVID?!

I came here on the recommendation of a friend because I was nearby fishing at Wheeler Branch. I was a bit hesitant because BBQ and tacos are my two favorite foods and I'm a snob when it comes to both of those, but I'm so glad I went for it. It far exceeded my expectations. I felt like I had been transported to the Austin area, from the smell of BBQ, to the Texas country music playing, to the big stage and play area for kids in the back. They have BBQ, Tex-Mex, and burgers. I went with smoked brisket tacos and chips and salsa. All of their salsa's are spectacular! The brisket tacos
