We just had such a great experience with Volvo Cars of White Plains. From the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed and then introduced to our sales person John who was both personable and knowledgeable. He made this the easiest car buying purchase I have ever had. At pick up our car specialist took the time to explain every aspect of the vehicle. Highly recommend!!

I rarely write reviews or give 5 stars on service, but our experience at Volvo was exceptional. Emily Clarke was fantastic. Knowledgeable, willing to answer all of our questions and a pleasure to work with. We had a ton of questions to decide on the right model. Emily made finding the right car a pleasure. Having a product specialist available when we picked up our Volvo was also incredibly helpful in understanding the feature rich car. Thanks for taking care of us and we look forward to driving our new ride!

Immediately when walking into the dealership, I was greeted by staff at the front desk, asking if I needed help, told them I was interested in a Volvo, they then found me Michelle Rodriguez to assist.
While she was finishing up some work, they asked if I would like water or a coffee as I waited.
The wait wasn't long and Michelle came to assist.
She was very courteous and professional, showed me around the car before

It's hard to believe when I saw these reviews. I understand that the space isn't the best and idades people looks little confusing. I have been in this place for 3 times and my sales representative it is absolutely THE BEST. Justin Chandler it is very attentive to pleased us about getting a car that will work for us. He always give us the best deal. I really appreciate all Justin did for us. They are building a new location there I'll be awesome.

If i could give them a 0 i would. I tried to buy my leased vehicle from them and couldn't even get them to return my call. When i finally did the sales person had no idea what to do. I went to another dealer. I went back to look at a new Volvo a year later and they couldn't find the keys to any of the showroom cars. Today i called for service and not only did service not answer the phone but i was stuck in an endless auto answer loop. The sales receptionist was rude and told me they were very busy. I'm done with them
