Bruno Perron is a personal trainer, fitness business owner, and speaker on Aging and Functional Fitness with a degree in Kinesiology. Bruno and his partner, Travis Graham (Mba), have over 42 years of experience training adults over 50 and have co-created Still Got It Fitness in the South Bay as a proving ground for their work.
Bruno Perron has over 31 years of experience in the personal fitness industry and more than 34,000 individual training sessions. Bruno has a BA in physical activity from the University of Ottawa and an MA in Kinesiology from the Universite de Sherbrooke. Bruno is one of the country's top professional trainers.

We offer group training memberships and semi-private (groups of 1-4 people) personal training memberships. Although we do have sessions and classes outside of those hours, our office hours are the best time to reach us. Stop by the gym and sign up in person. Thanks to Bruno, Travis and Karen for introducing a step class two days a week. SGI is clean and inviting! Karen encourages her students, is safe and practices the moves to make everyone feel comfortable. All of the staff is friendly and accommodating. This the only gym I've been able to go to in my lifetime for more than a couple of months. I've been going there for almost four years now and still enjoy it! Both the staff and clientele are great. They are always coming up with new routines and exercises to keep us from getting bored, and that they do! Just start coming that's the hard part and you won't want to stop. Roxanne

Highly recommended for over-50 whose physical well being isn't what it used to be. I'm in my 70's and in the one month I've been taking group classes with like individuals my sense of balance has improved, the ground isn't as far away as it used to be, and I don't trip over rugs and cracks in the sidewalk like I used to. And I feel better! Still Got It also provides good nutrition counseling in addition to physical exercise. Come join me and let's live life to its fullest!

I love this place! They have lots of options for you. I like all the group classes they offer, something for everyone! They always come up with new routines and equipment to keep us from being bored. Both the staff and clientele are great. Some of us have been going there for 4 years straight and there are new faces all the time as well . Try it you won't be sorry! See you there!

I'm so glad I tried my free week trial at Still Got it Fitness. I will be 60 next month and was feeling bad about my weight gain after Covid hit. All of the people that work there are great! Karen, one of the instructors is awesome. She will show you what to do if it's too difficult or you want more of a challenge. I'm glad

This is the only gym and exercise program that I have ever stuck with. It has been three months now and I’m moving so well and can handle tasks effortlessly throughout my day. The trainers adjust to wherever the gym member is in their current physical state. No pushing, no pressure, all good, inclusive classes.

The best gym in the South Bay for personal attention. It is a well equipped, well managed, well staffed gym. Super clean and they have many different programs to fit the needs of those of us over 55. I've been attending since their opening and my trainer, Travis Graham, has kept me strong and flexible with his workout plan personally designed for me. I highly recommend you check them out.

Love this place!!! I did the 6 week challenge last year. The exercises were definitely challenging but made me feel empowered After the challenge, I went back to my regular gym for two weeks or so. I just didn't feel as much confidence about the staff's knowledge of working with older adults. Needless to say I'm back at Still Got It and am here to stay.

I'm not a client but the wealth of knowledge that Travis has and the way they are doing things is incredible. He focusing on the 50+ community, something not that many focus on. I've had my fair share of clientele above 50 and they are very rewarding to work with but I usually get really nervous around them. Some require more assistance than others but from now on, I will refer said clientele over 50 to him whenever possible.
