I've been involved in the fitness industry pretty much my whole life! From Little League through College, I've played football, basketball, ran track, and hit a few baseballs as well! Vicki and I were married in 1982 and we have three grown children. From 1988 to 1993, I hosted a nationally syndicated show called American Muscle Magazine on ESPN.

Hooray!! No more meds for my bone density issues. Recently after my bone density test, I expected the worst coming from my doctor which was to continue with a stronger med for my condition. What about an increase in my bone density? I have to thank Coach Trent for that and more! Yes, it can be a struggle to continually improve and challenge your strength at times but with Trent's encouragement, his knowledge of my medical issue and his specific training of what my body needs made my immediate journey to wellness achievable.

Have nothing but great things to say about Mitchell Fitness Systems. Thomas is absolutely awesome! He is knowledgeable, patient, and works with you at your own pace. He takes the time to explain proper body mechanics, safety, and how the exercise you are doing will benefit a specific part of your body. Plus you get a great workout! After working with Trent for only a few months my pain is gone, my balance is better and I feel better all around. He's very attentive and non judgmental. He makes you feel like you are the only one in the room. He pushes you but in a safe way so you are able to get a great workout while having the comfortability that he is watching to make sure you are moving correctly. Highly recommend!! I have worked out with Thomas Mitchell for 5 months now. He is an excellent trainer and very knowledgeable. I am 58 years old and in decent shape, but wanted to compete in track and field again. i was very fearful of getting on a track again and injuring myself. Thomas started me out very slow with lots of posture correction, making sure I was balanced on both sides of my body. Then we got into developing all areas of my body. Due to scheduling conflicts with Trent, I am now training with Trent's son Thomas full-time. Thomas might look young (and he is in his early 20's) but don't confuse youth with inexperience!
While Thomas' personal fitness interest is functional strength, he's actually very well educated in many aspects of fitness, from stretching to core strength, balance, strength training, bodybuilding, and olympic lifting. Trent Mitchel has trained my husband for years, he also got my two boys to a completely higher level of fitness. My daughter, who never liked working out and could not even do 3 push ups, trained with Vicky who made it so Much fun for her that she now regularly strength train. Trent, Cee and the programs they have put together are unbelievable. I've been working with Trent for about a year now and I am in the best shape of my life. The gym is always clean and comfortable, and Trent not only trains you physically but helps you with your diet as well. I would never go back to my old gym.

The Journey started with recommendation from a co-worker who has been a long standing client. I work in a physical field and I was out of shape. A Dr. from UCLA came to our organization with a health and wellness program. After testing i learned my numbers were sub par for my age. This Dr who tested us has been a client of Trents for multiple years. He recommended mitchell fitness, which I now realize was important investment of my life. That was the second individual that swore on Mitchell Fitness systems (MFS). I had to give it a shot!

If you want the finest facility and trainers for your workout Mitchell Fitness is the only place to go. I've been a client of Mitchell Fitness for 7 years. Trent Mitchell is my trainer. Trent is constantly changing up the workout so I'm never bored with the same thing. Also, Trent broadens his knowledge base on a continuous basis.
