If it wasn't for the great group of people on the floor (in production), I would have left on my second day. The floor Supervisor has a major problem and does not have the skills to effectively communicate or manage his subordinates appropriately. The pay is horrible. The four-ten-hour shift turns to mandatory Fridays every week. So if you want a job (Just Over Broke) that will NEVER utilize you to your fullest potential, this would be a good fit. Blind leading the blind. The "Leads" are basically used as whipping posts. Typical weld shop though with a HUGE turnover rate. Management will promise
