My 13 year-old son was referred to Pathways for having suicidal ideation. He saw a therapist for about 6 months when I was told that his therapist at that time was not able to see my him anymore due to her license changing. He was not given a closing meeting or a proper transition to this new therapist but they assured me that my son would be put with an old intern who was returning to the practice and would have open availability.
I was offered two appointment times that were in the evening as I requested a after school sessions. My son had three sessions with the new therapist

Beware of this place. I had a session with David Moeglein for an evaluation. He claimed he had a good BS detector, but I lied throughout the evaluation and he never questioned any of the things I said. His evaluation was inaccurate as a result of his inability to properly evaluate who I am and my issues. He actually believed that my significant other woke me up by throwing water on me and that was not the truth. He appeared to have my back, but was wrong in doing so and his support simply fueled my ability to lie even more.

I get a text message more than 24hrs later telling me that I can be put on a waitlist. That they don't have a counsellors available... Not I'm sorry we don't have anyone here is some other places to try or if wanted you can be put on a waitlist... Lets keep playing around with people's mental health!! This is ridiculous!!
