Filled out all the paperwork online, made an appointment, still had to do it in person said they didn’t have it, the appointment was was on a Monday morning for my child to get Covid tested, then was told it would be $100 if we wanted rapid, we have insurance.. we declined was told my son would have results that Wednesday… Wednesday we went to fair ground got tested for free for rapid by this this whole family sick.. we ALL TESTED POSITIVE!!! WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED HIS RESULTS FEOM THIS PLACE!! That was 10 days ago!! Hubby said place was real shady!!! Don’t waste your time! It said urgent

The staff is amazing. I brought my 3 children in for testing and Renata was very gentle with my children. She checked our family in and also did our test in less than 30 min. This employee showed excellent customer service and I was surprised my children didn’t cry. I recommend this urgent care for anyone that has children and want good service.

I came here for a covid test and watched a patient come in with a Attitude about a website that the employees don’t have control over. The patient was rude and very disrespectful. She did not allow the staff to help her and she kept talking over the staff while they were trying to give her good service. Even after she was disrespectful they still gave her a test. She came out still complaining and wanted to Report the young lady Renata who was trying to help her.
I think it’s wrong that people feel they can talk to medical staff any kind of way , when they are helping us. Keep up the good

I was there at Tran urgent care and saw what happened with the pt Val heard when her visit was denied. She was denied a visit because she refused to allow them to help her. The receptionist gave her paperwork and she refused to fill out the forms. Everyone that came that morning was given forms to be seen. She was the only one that had a problem with the forms. After that episode, the staff still allowed her to be seen. She went to the back and I saw the Dr walk her out of the faculty.

This place is a scam operation. They're charging up to $180 for Covid testing. After arriving at the place which is pretty shoddy and seeing the prices, I told the secretary to cancel my appointment. She didn't even ask my name- she just said "We just kind of cancel them all at the end of the day if they don't show or complete the visit." They've got a good online appearance though, appearing as if they're legit... but I don't think they are.

Our family has done all our COVID testing here since we've moved to Tacoma. We made all our appointments online and it has worked out great. Our results have been back in 36 hours on average. Not bad considering the system is so overwhelmed. Will definitely continue to use Tran Urgent Care. Also, very professional and nice.

I had been exposed to covid but was not experiencing any symptoms; however, I wanted to get tested rather than quarantine for 2 weeks. I went to multiple other locations including rite aid, Walgreens, and several other testing locations and no one had openings whatsoever. One of the locations I went to, the line was around the block to get into the door. And it was pouring rain outside.
This location offered testing with no appointment necessary, and they delivered. I showed up and there was a 10-minute wait in line but they did not require we wait outside in the

I’m disappointed in the care I received here. We (my family of 4) booked PCR testing this last Sunday. We filled out all the paperwork in advance. We arrived to the facility and found it was packed and severely understaffed. The front desk was nice but didn’t ask if we had an appointment and made us redo all our paperwork. After a 20-30 minute wait we were taken back to get swabbed. The staff member appeared overworked and didn’t have the best bedside manner. I asked him how we’d receive our results and he said, “You can try and call.” We got swabbed and left the facility. It is now

This is a very busy time for all of healthcare. Tran urgent care was the only place around Tacoma and the greater area I could find still giving Covid PCR tests. I was able to walk in and receive a test, which you cannot find anywhere else. It was very busy clinic, but staff were doing everything they could and were overall very nice. Thank you to all of the staff, you are appreciated!!

Really disappointed that we scheduled a Covid test through SolvHealth for this facility. We’ve been tested at other facilities before with no issues or charges. When my husband arrived for his test, he was told that insurance did not cover and he’d have to pay out of pocket. Another person with an appointment overheard the conversation and also canceled and walked away.
Highly suggest your facility changes information being offered to potential patients and not waste peoples time AND ENERGY by letting it be known the types of tests you offer and the prices in advance.
