Moving here in 2017 from Apex where they resided between 2001 to 2017. Both have been a part of many gym and fitness centers while living in Indianapolis, Maryland (DC area), and originally from PA. John traveled for his current employer, Cisco Systems, for over 20 yrs and made it a point to workout in as many places as possible.
Both have been in the fitness industry as competitors, judges, trainers, and enthusiasts for over 30 yrs. Being involved in the fitness industry and a part of Triangle Fitness for the last 4 years gave them the perspective of the business and what members liked, would like to see, and what changes we could implement to make it better; hours, space, equipment, supplements, trainers, etc.

The lady megan who picked my call is rude , just because i have a accent she disconnected the call on me. Why hire a person who can’t even talk on phone? Was planning on joining the gym but I won’t and won’t suggest others either because i see how rude the first person i talk with was.

Triangle Fitness is a great friendly clean environment to work out in. The staff is friendly and courteous always there to help. The bathrooms and shower rooms are really clean. I just love how the staff will take time out of their day to make sure that you understand how to use each and every piece of equipment that they have.

Triangle Fitness is the best local gym that Siler City has to offer. When you enter the door they make you feel like family. Everyone that enters the gym is treated the same no matter what. Triangle Fitness is a judge free zone. I just love how the classes are included in the price of the membership. The stuff has all the right certificates to help all members.
