Be wary of what you bid on a lot of hidden inaccuracies of merchandise. Sizes of mattresses especially. Vinyl being sold as leather. Pictures show more than 1 item so you think your bidding on a group and it turns out as a single item. Read carefully and look items over before bidding.I budded on what I thought were 2 chairs and the price you bid on will say x2 and so your bid price doubles.

The bad reviews here are mostly ridiculous. They aren't "Cryptic" on purpose for descriptions to deceive they just go through a lot of items and aren't always sure what condition, and it states VERY clearly everywhere that there are two pickup time(usually Saturday and Monday) and not to bid on items if you can't pick them up with no exceptions. We have gotten countless deals(patio furniture, garage cabinets, holiday decor, tools, couches, etc) over the years here without an issue as long as you are aware of the rules up front. I have bought several items from them, specifically restaurant equipment. The last items I BID and purchased - over $4,000 for 12 restaurant tables…they went pretty high. I also went to preview each item the Monday prior to the auction (from Indianapolis to West Lafayette), and I wrote the numbers of the items I wanted. I BID and WON the tables I specifically needed. There were 20 tables total they were auctioning off. I won 12 of them. There was one other couple who won 7 other tables and another gentleman who won 1 table. Each of us bid on one big table 72x42x42, and won our respective lot

Absolutely awful. Terrible terrible terrible customer service is graded F. Asked about an item I was interested in and they did not answer my question. In fact very rude. Their business practices are underhanded. They are cryptic/generic in their descriptions of items. They do not disclose damage or missing items or lack of functionality. Why are these items being sold via liquidation? Special order return? Damaged products? Missing items from original packaging? Can’t give dimensions? Can’t answer questions? These are simple customer service tasks and your employee(s)/ownership are awful at

Very unprofessional! Official staff demanded $100 cash for picking up On Friday. They have lots of coustomer who picked up but demanded $100 or I can't load anything in my truck. I give them my credit card but they demand CASH ONLY.

I feel like the reviews of this company are not accurate. I have been coming to these auctions for years. If I can get a product it is always a good deal. I find the management and majority of Full-time staff to be reasonable and helpful people. Now this is an auction house so get there early, follow the rules, don't be upset if someone outbids you, and treat the staff like actual human beings and you'll have a good experience. Real Life Ebay, go into t expecting that and you'll enjoy yourself. This is not retail.
