Burgess Auctions LLC is an area leader in providing comprehensive real estate and asset disposition in Central Indiana since 1996. In addition to auctions of all types, our services include, liquidations, security, appraisals, storage, logistics, marketing and asset recovery. We are headquartered in Knightstown, Indiana just 30 minutes east of Indianapolis.
Zack is a second generation licensed Auctioneer for 24 years. Zack has thousands of auctions of experience selling assets of every type and description. Zack's wife Vivian is actively involved in the auction business, and their son JC is currently serving in the United States Navy. Zack enjoys antiques, fishing, bourbon, and travelling.
There are no charges to bid. Charges are only incurred if you are the winning bidder. Some auctions may be subject to a buyer's premium charge, which will be outlined in the terms & conditions of the auction. That will bring up a list of the items you've placed bids on. Each item will list the time left in the auction, the current bid, your maximum bid and the status of the auction.
You must be logged in to place online bids. Once your account has been created, you will need to log into the catalog of your choice and agree to the terms and conditions. After the auction company approves your registration, you can place your bid(s). Depending on the auction company, the buttons may be phrased differently.

Buyer beware!!!!! I purchased a weighted blanket from one of their "Online Auctions" as a new blanket. The auction company does not inspect the items they auction because once I picked up all my purchases and got them home I noticed a 2.5" cut on the front of the blanket. Someone went to deep with a box knife it appears and cut into the blanket itself. Have sent a few emails to the auction house looking for a partial refund and keep or a complete refund and return but so far no one is responding to me emails. I went back to the original picture on the auction and now that I know where the cut is

We bid and won 9 items but when we went to pick up the items the nicest auction item, that was worth doing it for us was missing completely. Things/piles were just in no real order, which could explain why it was gone. They did refund our money but then we also noticed a item in the description of one of the other bids was not in the group. No real explanation but that there was just a mistake.
We have had experience with other auction companies and this one didn't really seem organized at all and no real assistance. Buyer beware and we won't be doing anymore auctions with them again.

This was the most convoluted place I have ever been. They charge 10 percent buyers premium and tax. Everything is at 5 dollars minimum bid apparently and the auctioneer was snarky and sexist making inappropriate remarks about women having loud voices needless to say it made for a horrible experience. I will never go back.
