This Motel has been very long time. My parents used to stay here when my dad was on TTY. My parents loved it. Good prices.
Great Staff. I am happy with the way it been cleaned up.
Meaning that the owners and staff are seeing the reviews posts.
They love the military clients the young families on vacation.
The regular travelers as well.
The owners and staff are always giving good rates and deals.

Every time i stay here they are soooo friendly helpful and a delight to register, They acommodate your time, wich is a plus because 19 hour drive we always get in after 11pm. So after a long trip clean rooms. Comfortable beds. And a hot shower hits the right spot. We dont even have to go out for our dinner pizza hut delivers right to the room. Close to disney wich gives it a plus plus in my book,,So if your looking for an affordable excelent service hotel i recommend Grand inn

Had an open mind staying here but NEVER AGAIN! Once you go up those stairs it smells, kids running and screaming at night, random people in the parking lot, and dirty rooms. My brother ended up with 4 huge blisters from being bit by who knows what kind of insect! Can't control the a/c, you either close the vent or leave it open.

I've stayed at plenty of motels in and around the orange county area and I have to say that the Grand inn is by far one of the best places to stay if your looking for a nice clean room , all the amenities are top notch and In working order , the maid service is very attentive to your needs such as clean towels sheets and toilet paper , anything you need actually they will be there if you need them . I dealt with Michael a lot and I'm assuming he's the manager here , but he was nothing but nice to me always and respectful , if you pay daily they give you every 10th day free there which is amazing

An older man, who I assume to be the manager, was very rude and short with me. They refused to give extra towels even when I offered to pay for them. He was very uptight and hardly would talk to me after I asked for them. He told me I can go wash the towels myself then began waving me off. On top of that the room had hair all in the bathroom and the bedding had stains on it. There are patched up holes all in the room and had a bad odor. The walls are extremely thin as I could here every conversation around my room. The area is also very bad, several signs posted warning about theft.

Wonderful staff. Decent rooms. Good cleaning stuff. Ample parking easy to get to near shopping food just about anything you need within walking distance and a very short walk at that. Wi-Fi was IF-FI yet it was included in the relatively decent price for the room the shower head and said room shot off and hit my wife in the head which as well kept clogging up I mean every single time! No cable TV but that's okay because the walls are thin enough to hear everything they're doing in the next room anyway. Oh and did I mention that as I was talking to the staff at the front desk that someone had stolen

Well my experience wasn't too good I ask for none smoking room whole hallways smell like cigarette my room smell like cigarette I seen a lot homeless people at times I felt like wasn't able leave my belongings inside my room it's cheap if your looking save a buck ..inside hotel in rooms need to be remodel everything looks old walls Need a touch up..WiFi is terrible if your trying get something done online this would be only last time I ever stay here

I stayed at this motel for 7 nights (pre-booked). Every. single. day. there was an issue. My main issue was that there was a large family staying at the motel. It seemed to be as if it were a family reunion. There were at least 50 of them, and I do not believe all of them were actually staying at the motel. The first night I was there, a part of the aforementioned family was staying above me and I swear their children were having a tap-dancing contest above me for hours. The second night I was there, I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and my bathroom was flooded. The man

Michael that works in the office didn't know that I was in the lobby.I overheard him talking to a tenant cursing her out.Now This isn't the first time I ever over heard Michael cursing a tenant out.I brought it to another workers attention and he defended his behavior saying he was cursing out an employee,which is bull crap cause I was there he wasn't.I don't know how this place is still in business they are unprofessional and the place is infested with rats and bedbugs.Its way overpriced and needs to be remodeled.He will keep your key deposit and charge your card again for

Really old. Really small. Bad part of town. Didn't feel too safe. But there were no other vacancies at other hotels for under $250. This place has a really sour, musty smell. You can smell the weed and cigarette smoke all up and down hallway. Overwhelming.
The rooms are pretty clean but just old and kind of funky. Beds are killer uncomfortable.$100 for a really,really small room. I guess that normal for California. Staff pleasant. Breakfast consists of apple, bananas, pop tarts and danish! We will pass thank you.

What in the world just happened here? This place is in such a poor state that Hotel Impossible can't save it! The hotel is very very old and the only upgrades I noted was a massive security system & really shoddy maintenance work! The building has had zero upgrades/remodels and I honestly don't think it can be remodeled as nothing will meet todays code.
Let's begin with the positives.
All staff were very very helpful and friendly.
Room was clean
You get free water upon check in and it's hella inexpensive to stay here.

Booked our room. Waited 30 min for it to be ready and it was 7 pm.
Our room was supposed to fit 6 people. The people in the front office didn't even let us go into our room because we had 2 people over our amount. Had to call the police to let them know they were denying our entry EVEN THOUGH WE WERE PAYING FOR THE SEPARATE ROOMS.
Don't go here. They don't care about anyone actually staying there.

The daytime staff were very friendly and the room was pleasant. The ac was a nice comfortable temperature and the decor was homely. The positive thing also was that all the hallways are inside so it made us feel very safe.
This is my go to place for the Fullerton Anaheim area. The location is conveniently located next to shops and eateries and is only a couple blocks from the freeway. For the price it is hard to beat for this area as anything remotely close to Disneyland is inflated.

We were surprised to find this diamond in the rough. After trying to find a reasonably priced hotel somewhat close to Disneyland that wasn't in Anaheim, we came across the Grand Inn. We were a bit reluctant by some of the negative reviews, but after seeing the pictures and weighing the positive reviews, we decided to book through hotels.com.

My friend told me to look a little further past Anaheim for a better deal on a place to stay, but still close to Disneyland. So here I was. The inn is located near a Starbucks, some restaurants and a Chase Bank
I came here with my husband, and the first thing we noticed was that there was plenty of free parking to my picking, so that was a plus.
As we entered our room, I felt that it was clean and was not too shabby for the price. There was a nice flat screen TV and a working fridge
