Dr Valdes is a very caring and competent doctor. That truly cares about the mental well-being of his patients. He will talk to you like a friend that seems to really care about what your going through and he will work with you to find the right medication to treat any psychiatric issues that affect you. I highly recommend Dr Ignacio Valdes to anyone that is looking for a psychiatric doctor that truly cares for his patients!

First and foremost anytime the pharmacy has a question or concern no one answers the phone Boris there a voicemail to leave a message. The number rings to a cell phone and states this number can’t take calls. Office visits can take all day even with a appointment. 2 different times I had wrong medication sent and couldn’t be corrected because no one would answer so I had to take off work again and go in person.
Also on some medicine the PA would go thru but nothing on others and it took forever and many attempts to where I just started paying full price instead of trying anymore. On random

Dr Valdez is awesome, His personality is great. He writes down notes pertaining to our visit and the next visit he will ask me how is that situation. Anytime I’ve had any concerns he answered.. Everyone has their own opinions. He does his job and I feel does a great job especially dealing with all the different personalities and bipolar people. (The only problem in my opinion is the phone situation. It’s hard to get thru to talk to anyone or leave a voicemail it’s either full or not one and tells you to call back). As far as people complaining it’s dirty, well there is a sign that says

The negative reviews are jaded people who go to him and think they can dictate which medication that they want and expect him to oblige. He will not take orders from a patient. He will see you and yes it takes time seeing a psychiatrist. He will properly evaluate you diagnose you and treat you accordingly. There is no set time. Each patient is different. Each takes a different amount of time to evaluate. He is the licensed physician. Very qualified very educated. His qualifications are impressive to say the least. He is very laid back and kind. It takes FOREVER TO GET SEEN!!!! If you have an appointment make sure you’ve eaten and cleared out your ENTIRE schedule for the day before coming. No matter what day you come it’s busy. They take their precious time catching up with phone call patients instead of taking care of the ones that’s in the office. Then when you’re finally in the room with the dr, the workers are constantly interrupting with other patients on the phone. Absolutely horrible.
