Using Functional Range Assessment principles, I assess joints starting with broad and fundamental range of motion procedures and finishing with objective soft tissue measurements. Based on the Functional Range Assessment, I apply Functional Range Release techniques to create lasting therapeutic changes to the soft tissue structures causing pain, restriction and/or dysfunction of the indicated joint.
Following the completion of FRA and FR, I use Functional Range Conditioning to strengthen the exact same joints and soft tissues with very precise and specialized methods to mitigate injury, optimize joint health and to facilitate you in becoming a better human.

Being in good health is first and foremost defined by objective biomarkers but it can also be defined subjectively in the way you feel in your mind and in your body, how your joints feel during activities of daily living, exercise, energy level upon waking or how you respond to stress and the quality of your relationships with the people closest to you.
If you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA), a Health Savings Account (HSA) or something similar you may be able to get reimbursed for my services. Please check with your insurance provider to guarantee reimbursement/coverage. However, if you do not have a policy that reimburses or covers my services I have created different membership plans that are affordable for everyone.
