Inspired Cravings

I came here for the first time a year ago and since then have put on so many of my friends to this amazing place. I have a gluten allergy and Inspired Cravings has the best gluten free dessert I've ever had. The coffee is really good too. I've come here every week and once she gave me an extra cupcake because there was only one left. The sweetest lady works there and she's so nice I just had to write a review. It's also very aesthetic and cute for pics.I always tip 20% or more because it makes me so happy going there. Not many places have such great energy. 10/10.

My daughter is pretty much allergic to every major food allergen so we were happy to find a cupcake shop that had cupcakes that were wheat-free, egg-free, milk-free, soy-free, and nut-free! We got some for ourselves to try as well and they were delicious! The prices are also reasonable and on-par with regular cupcake prices. We also ran into the owner while there and she was very welcoming and friendly.

Amazing! New to Prince William County and as a vegan, was very happy to find an all vegan bakery/coffee shop nearby! We got 6 cupcakes and all flavors were delicious! The owner was super nice, I really appreciate good customer service. They do peanut free gluten free so it’s allergy friendly. Prices are very reasonable too. I can’t wait to come back and order baked goods for the upcoming holidays.

The products and staff are amazing here! If you have been avoiding it because you thought it was only gluten free healthy items, let me just say they have a full variety of delicious treats, great coffee, and excellent customer service.

We stumbled into this glorious *Free From* wonderland of a coffee shop while headed from Ashburn to Fredericksburg. Having just started on the (overwhelming) gluten, dairy, egg, soy-free journey for my son, I was thrilled to be able to go in and just order. Such a cute place, ooozing with heart and warmth. Unicorn lemonade for the kid, cold brew for the husband and iced chocolate raspberry latte for me. Everything was delish. I mentioned being sad we lived so far and the owner (I assume) mentioned a new location coming to One Loudon! I can't wait and will be first in line! Charming place

I spied this place when I drove in to the retail complex to hit the Virginia ABC Store.

So I checked it out - walked out with a box of six vegan cupcakes (I'm not a vegan - but they were delicious!)

I needed some caffeine - and also ordered a large cold brew. Stupid me forgot where I was - and requested heavy cream in my cold brew. The young lady taking my order advised me that the closet thing they had was Oat Milk (at least I think that is what it was called). So I went with that. Texturally and flavor-wise - not as good as heavy cream - but not their fault!

It's great to have Vegan (anything), around here period! Let's get that right. And its a local cupcake shop. Not any type of corporate chain. I've come here twice now and by far my fav is the lemon! So. Much. Flavor. A great cake with fully loaded toppings. It's a lot to eat. One is plenty for me. I wish they would also serve pies and cake but I get it. It's a specialty *Cupcake* shop. I am truly disappointed in the customer service I received, and the quality of the cupcakes I bought. I was a loyal customer for more than a year but today I went in to buy four vegan cupcakes and they were dry and for some reason salty. I went back in to get a refund but they said they do not give refunds and the sale is final. These cupcakes are not cheap so for there to be no accommodation for subpar food is really unacceptable.
The cupcakes were inedible and I had to throw them away.

My husband brought home cupcakes from here twice in the past month and they were all delicious! Our personal faves were the salted caramel and the s’mores. The cake pops were also yummy. All the textures were great (even the gluten free cupcake) and all the icings were perfectly sweet without being cloying. I think anyone, regardless of dietary preferences would be pleased by their desserts.

Custom Orders Get Ignored!!!
Yeah, the cupcakes are nice but experiencing more then one unfulfilled custom orders is why I gave this place a one star. Seems like the only way you can get an order fulfilled here is by purchasing physically in their store with what they have already made or purchasing what is on their website at the time. Both orders for me were not featured on the company site, so the instructions given were to send them an email. I received confirmation of receipt for both orders, but neither were fulfilled.
When I responded via social media on the first order, the response was

"Outstanding cupcakes" was the consensus of our family of 12, who enjoyed many flavors of the gluten-free (& vegan) cupcakes we ordered for a recent party. With a few food sensitivities among us, we have made, and tried vegan bakeries in any number of states. These win the prize! We only wish we lived nearby to be able to get some weekly (but I did buy extra to bring home to NY).

My girlfriend and I came Saturday afternoon; the lady behind the counter was unfriendly and rude to my spouse. When she asked for iced tea, she said they don't have iced tea, yet she makes tea. She said I was just going to ask if I could add ice to the tea, but after her rude comment, we just walked out.

Cupcakes are moist and very tasty. The vanilla sprinkles cupcake actually tasted of vanilla, very yummy. Chocolate cake choices are rich and flavorful. Will definitely visit again. Great vegan / dairy free / gluten free options.

AMAZING. My husband and I are not vegan and he's super picky about things that taste "different." We both loved the cupcakes so much! So many gluten free options. This is a great shop for anyone! Who knows, maybe we'll try more vegan options soon. :)

Yeah for a fully vegan bakery! I drove here all the way from the DC area to try out these cupcakes and support a vegan business. I wish the owner was there. I would have liked to talk to her and learn more about her cupcakes. The owner's daughter was there, but wasn't too friendly. I came in 10 minutes before they close but was immediately greeted by a staff member. It was my first time there so she offered to show me around which was nice. I ordered two cupcakes and my total was $9 something (on the expensive side) BUT it was worth it because they are delicious! Can't tell a lick they're vegan!

The cupcakes were tasty and remained in good quality for several days. They were a bit heavy on the icing, which made them too sweet. Having a lighter whipped icing I think will be better. Overall though, I'm satisfied with the quality and variety of vegan cupcakes.

As a nursing mother of a child with dairy and peanuts allergies i have grown to baking my own sweets in order to have any. A friend of mine told me about this place and I was happy to check them out. Upon entry the staff is so wasn't and they greet you immediately. All of the food looks amazing. It was so hard to choose as I wanted to choose them all. I needed some cupcakes and decided to give this place a shot, even though i'm not gluten free. The owners were immediately so friendly and inviting. They were very helpful and made good suggestions as to which cupcakes I should try. Their cupcakes are so delicious and are perfect with their crafted lemonade! Seriously though, they have the nicest staff. I left with my cupcakes and a huge smile on my face!

I would have liked to have tried these but since it says they are open and I drove over here, it is closed. The window sign says open. But a small sign on door says closed on Sundays. Take some time to update.

I’m not vegan and I don’t have allergies but this is still my favorite cupcake of all time. I’ve even had them mailed to my friend with Celiac’s and she raved. I won’t even tell you my favorite flavor because I need it more than you.

OH MY WORD....I have been wanting to try this place for a while and finally made it to their store. Every bit of the 25 minute drive for m Fairfax was worth it.

I stopped here on NYE after awaiting my first visit. As someone with social anxiety, I was really wanting to go with someone else, but due to my excitement I let myself go alone. It was crowded when I arrived with several groups putting in orders.

I had originally just glanced past the store, not really feeling like a cupcake, but the signage touting no egg, no gluten, and vegan had me intrigued.

I stepped inside and was immediately hit with how light and fresh the decor and space felt. A happy set of ladies were finishing their treats at a side table and smiled hello when we entered. We were then met with an enthusiastic greeting from the lady behind the counter.
