Samford & Denson, LLP was founded in 1912 by Judge N.D. Denson, a former member of the Supreme Court of Alabama. Judge Denson resigned from the Supreme Court in 1909 to resume the private practice of law as well as to become general counsel for West Point Manufacturing Company. In 1912, he and his son John V. Denson formed the partnership.
Yetta practiced law with the firm for over 60 years. He was widely recognized for his high standards of professionalism and ethics in the practice of law, and for his service to his community and country. Yetta will always be remembered for his humility, generosity, wit and kindness to all. He served his country in World War II in the United States Army Air Force and was a B-17 bomber pilot stationed in England in 1945.

I visited this law firm with the intention of establishing a Will, Power of Attorney and an Advanced Health Care Directive. When I initially set up my appointment I was uninformed of how the process worked as well as what items I could include. Unfortunately, when I left the appointment I was still uninformed about how the process work and the items I could include. The appointment lasted approximately 15 minutes.
