Services
Women's Resource Medical Centers of Southern Nevada is a faith-based, nonprofit 501(c)3 charitable organization committed to supporting families with pregnancies. We provide complete, accurate information, free high-sensitivity pregnancy tests with immediate results, certified crisis counseling, and state-of-the-art ultrasound services to women and couples who are making decisions about unintended pregnancies.
If you're concerned that you may be pregnant, the next step you should take is to have a pregnancy test performed. At Women's Resource Medical Centers, we will perform a pregnancy test and provide you a pre-ultrasound consultation. If you have received a positive pregnancy test at Women's Resource Medical Centers, we can then provide you with a free limited obstetric ultrasound.
Even if you have been using contraceptive methods during sex, it is still possible for you to become pregnant. A missed period is the most common indicator; however, experiencing a change in your menstrual cycle could be caused by other issues. Changes in hormones, weight gain or loss, and stress can all cause a late period.
Women's Resource Medical Center of Southern Nevada recognizes how important it is for you to be empowered with knowledge related to your pregnancy. That is why we offer free ultrasounds. A positive pregnancy test result received at your consultation appointment will make you eligible to receive an ultrasound at no charge to confirm the pregnancy medically.
The possibility of being pregnant by itself is not always what makes life complicated and confusing; there may be other factors that are needing to be addressed. If you feel like you are experiencing a crisis and the stress is negatively affecting your ability to think straight, then the solution may be as simple as talking to someone who cares.
