We offer exceptional health care at Sundance Medical Center in Southern Nevada. Finding your personal doctor can be a daunting task in today's ever changing landscape of medicine. Too many patients get lost in the shuffle of large group HMO types of medicine. The relationship between the patient and doctor is so important in providing high quality and personal care.
We always put in the extra effort to make sure that all of your needs are taken care of at each visit. At Sundance Mendical Center we truly believe that our main role as your doctor is to listen, to observe, to communicate, to educate, and then finally, to heal. Much of medicine does not come in pill form.

Services
We accept most non-HMO insurances, including PPO's and cash. You may want to check with your insurance to make sure that we are a provider for your plan. In order to have more time to provide quality medical care for our patients and to have a better quality of life for ourselves, we have chosen not to be involved in HMO medicine.
We want to make your first visit to The Doctor's Office as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Our office will seem familiar, unless you have never visited a doctor's office! Because PCA is a group practice, we may have more examining rooms and a larger waiting room than you have seen before, but you will receive helpful, individual attention from the moment you check in at the reception desk.

I see Jessica Lucero and she has been wonderful, she listens to my issues/concerns and will always ask if I have any other concerns. As far as the staff goes, I have never had any issues with them. They are pretty competent and usually always friendly towards myself and other patients from what I have witness when going to appointments. The wait time does vary, at times but that's a given especially when you have multiple great providers. I'd suggest if you do not like the wait time either schedule an appointment first thing in the morning or bring a book or headphones with you. The staff and providers are great here.

The staff is insanely rude. I checked in for my 11:15am appointment, and at 12:20pm they then told me that Harris was on an emergency leave. Like I totally understand the emergency leave, BUT FOR THEM TO LEAVE ME IN THE LOBBY FOR AN HOUR IS UNBELIEVABLE. They literally checked me in, like they know I'm there in their system, even told me that I'm seeing Harris today, but literally no one cared to let me know that she left. Instead they just kept on rudely glaring at me at the empty lobby since everyone has had their appointments done already, alone going back and forth from the exit bringing their

This has been my first visit to this center. The Dr. had great reviews, but this center is extremely busy. My appointment was at 11am, they asked me to arrive at 10:30 for paperwork. I was finished by 10:50am.They called me to the back at 11:35 as as I write this review. Dr. finally came around 11:40am, she was great and understood the frustration. Dr. was much better than front of house staff

I've been coming here for going on 2 years. I personally see Dr Striblen. He is a very compassionate, caring, knowledgeable physician. He has always been extremely thorough with me on all visits. One of the bonuses of being seen here is quest has a office within the practice so if your physician orders labs you can get them drawn before you leave. Dr Striblens medical assistant is out if this world. She remembers you from one appointment to the next. She's very friendly and on top of things. Everytime I've phoned and left her a voice mails she always follows up within 48 hrs at the longest. I'm

Heather Harris is great, however her office staff sucks!! They are incompetent and the worst. Went in for an appointment, got labs done a month ago. Go back to the office for a follow up for the results, the office states they stop taking my insurance a month ago! Well the idiot at the front desk never said anything and I didn't get my results! Note to this office train your staff appropriately and make sure they notify patients of important changes such as this!!!!!!

I have to say that Heather Harris is the best Nurse Practitioner HANDS DOWN however, the support staff at this office is sub-par at best. Disappointing considering she is an incredible talent who cares about her patient's - it's shameful that the staff doesn't buy into the same philosophy of patient care. Staff does not return phone calls and you will wait weeks for them to even begin the process of submitting paperwork to your insurance for a pre-authorization.

Heather Harris is an excellent Nurse Practitioner. Unfortunately her excellence is tainted by the staff in their office. They were supposed to send over a scrip for me, never happened, they also charged me for wellness visits which are supposed to be at no charge, they rarely answer their phones and when put on hold, I have to call back because they'll put me on hold and never pick back up. I even told them one day I was on hold for 20 minutes, the girl said nobody told me. Don't they have flashing buttons?
