Services
Myrtie's story began in the 1920's, when a new breed of summer visitors began to trickle into Eureka Springs over dusty Ozark roads. No Victorian elite, these folks. This bunch squeezed their pennies hard and traveled tourist class. They carried their accommodations with them, usually a tent, camp-stove and basic provisions strapped on the running boards, fenders and trunks of their basic black autos bearing Henry Ford's last name.
People who visit Myrtie Mae's Homestyle Dining for the first time invariably ask about the lady whose name graces our restaurant. Yes, there really was a Myrtie Mae! Myrtie's history begins in the 1920's when she began her restaurant on the very site where the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks now stands.
Let Myrtie do the cooking when you bring your group to Eureka Springs. Myrtie Mae's is located conveniently inside the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks and is capable of serving groups up to 90 people in the dining room, with ample van and motorcoach parking.

The service and fried chicken were good. I asked about the macaroni and cheese and was told that it comes in a bag and they microwave it. They were "out of mashed potatoes," so those probably come in a bag too and are not homemade. The two-piece chicken dinner was a wing and a thigh. The hamburgers were the premade kind that are purchased frozen.

This is our second visit here, the first time we got fried Chicken which was amazing. This time was a really nice breakfast. The young lady helping us made a few mistakes but she owned up to them and corrected them. There was a large event in town so we had to wait to be seated. Fresh tasty biscuits everything cooked to order. Recommended.

We had a great experience. Homestyle food IMO. We both had the open face roast dinner. I asked the waitress what her faves were and this was her top pick.... I knew why after eating it! Such a great stick-to-your-ribs meal.
Also, do yourself a favor and order the Possum Pie. The most delectable chocolate pie, yummmmm!!

I have a hearing disability and sometimes it is very difficult for me to hear. It was one of those times when I was referred to this restaurant by the incredibly helpful folks at KOA (who were aware of the problem). When I got to the restaurant, I told them about my hearing and they were so very helpful! Both people I dealt with were careful to speak so I could understand. The server in particular said every word carefully, not in a way to embarrass me but to communicate and she did it very well! The food was excellent also. My experience from working in the food industry is that places who

This place was such a pleasant surprise on our first day in Eureka Springs. We went as a family and the service and atmosphere were so professional and nice. They brought us some complimentary buffalo wings to start our meal that were delicious and crispy. In every way, the service was friendly and quick. We ordered a variety of food for our main course and everyone was pleased. The Chicken-Fried Chicken was so wonderful. The muffins with dinner was a great addition to our meal. Also, there is a small gift shop/bookstore in the restaurant that we enjoyed.

Chicken was super hot perhaps too hot to serve. Waitress said mash potatoes where real, but when they arrived they were instant. So disappointed in the food outside of the chicken. Tea was hot and no ice. Also, could you consider start serving rolls or muffins in a basket instead of just throwing them on top of salad. Salad was acceptable, but place it in a bowl and not a plate.

We went here for breakfast. We didn't know it was in a Best Western, but it was easy to find. I ordered an omelet which comes with hash browns and either toast or biscuits and gravy! The omelet was full of what I selected to be inside! The hash browns were good and the biscuits and gravy were my favorite part! The prices are so good for all the food you get!

Found this little place on Yelp. Being in town for wedding and not familiar with the area it is always hit or miss on a good breakfast place. This restaurant is awesome!! Food is good but the service is AMAZING. My server was always quick to refill my coffee and food came faster than I ever expected. If your looking for a great place for breakfast this is a must!!

Okay I'm writing a review because I seen this place didn't have 5 stars which it deserves. If it wouldn't have been for this good breakfast I would have literally starved. My biscuits and gravy were da bomb and the omelette was excellent. Coffee was good, hell even my 76 yr old waitress was on point. Your better off paying the few extra bucks here than eating at the other places this town has to offer.

Didn't know it was inside the hotel. I had patty melt with fries and it was very good. Lost of cheese. The fries were crispy. Partner had chicken fried steak with mash potatoes and gravy. Side salad and blueberry muffin. The gravy was really good stood some to dip my fries. He said everything was great except for the blueberry muffin. Tasted like it was stale.

Food was decent. It's inside a motel. Clean eating area. Wait staff was excellent. Decently priced. Local hang out it seems like. Pretty neat historical pieces from the area on the walls. Would go back and eat again just for the service. Even though one waitress was wearing gloves and touching everything while she was waiting on people. A little unsanitary.

Well, a local told us it was the best place in town to eat. We tried it and dont agree.
Had breakfast, All American Breakfast. Two eggs, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, coffee. I'd give it all a C.
The advertised cheese grits with bacon, that has great reviews, hasn't been on the menu "since they opened" according to a nice waitress.
