Went in to ask for application. Women office manager talk to Me like if I was asking Her for Free Rental. Told 2 bedrooms No Way, 1 bedroom Not sure and Parking is across the street on a residential area, because the waiting list for parking can be up to 8 months or more at the apartment complex. I would assume when one Rents apartment they would have 1 parking space assigned to them? Not Here.

Outside grounds are very pretty, inside is very out date and tacky(staples in the wall holding up wallpaper) rent is fair for OC, but designated parking is on a 10 mo. wait list you have to park your car blocks away and walk across a major busy street back to apartments, Not good.

Its location is ideal for the independent senior who likes to walk or ride a bike because within a block, there is a large grocery store, a post office, restaurants, fast food, a 99¢ store, a fire department, a dentist, 3 pharmacies, hair & nail services, city bus stops, it's across the street from a soon-to-be remodeled movie theater, it's freeway close and so much more!
The downside will be your own expectations of what your surroundings should look like, meaning the much-needed wallpaper and carpeting replacement throughout the hallways. The upside is that rent is more economical because of

I called and left a message. After 2 days, I haven't received any call back from them. That's very unprofessional. This should be reported ASAP

Your not allowed to walk on the premises barefoot. Maint crew is slow to fix things.
