Theresa Miley began her insurance agency in 1994 in the small town of Sumter, SC. After more than two decades she has protected hundreds of families across the state. She is currently is one of only eight insurance agents in the state of South Carolina that has two locations. Her offices are located in Irmo, SC and Columbia, SC.

Wonderful company, exceptional customer service, and they make you feel like you are a part of their family...wouldn't change insurance companies for anything. They also try to offer discounts and recommend ways to bundle and save, yet they are not pushy whatsoever. Love love love this company and their employees..

This agency is the absolute best!!!!!! There has never been a time that I called and the issue wasn’t resolved in a very timely manner. The staff at both locations are super friendly and treat you as of your family not just another customer. I can really say they value their customers. I have been with State Farm all of my life, and when we moved to the Columbia area years ago we were so lucky to pick Theresa Miley’s office. Her staff, especially Julie C., has always gone above and beyond to make our transactions go smoothly and promptly every time we have acquired new vehicles, boats, homes, etc… The policies themselves are well priced, and I feel at ease knowing that Julie always makes sure we have adequate coverage and that I understand what the coverage is/provides. Lauren is the best! She goes above and beyond in everything she does. She treats everyone as family and makes sure that all needs are met.
