Extremely nice, very polite! Jen was awesome! Got a quote quick with no hassle, and switched immediately! Saved me tons went from paying $227 a month insurance through LM and with renters insurance separate at $13 a month, to only $104 with renters insurance included with State Farm! Can’t beat that! Definitely recommend!

I truly believe that anyone would be hard pressed to find an insurance agent that is as hard working, professional, detail oriented, thorough, customer service oriented, and passionate and caring about their customers as Jen Wilkes State Farm. We switched agents after 35 years with another State Farm agent that retired and could not be happier with Jen Wilkes!
