Horrible customer service free is not free the vacuums are not free they are for paying customers only they are falsely advertising

Made a run to the Phx main P.O. & decided to wash the car before returning home. Unfortunately everything has become more expensive lately. OK wash, etc. I should have waited & cleaned up my wife's suv at our go to, on Alma School, N of Baseline. More perks, newer equipment, better wash & rinse, free towels, less $.

I went thru on 12-11-21 with my new Jeep Wrangler came out with multiple scratches all over it from the hood all the way down to the back. Mario was saying that they were there already and accused me of lying saying I only wanted money. I told him I just want my jeep the way it was before I went there. I asked for a receipt and he wouldn't give me one. I also asked for the owner info and at first he wouldn't give it to me. Very rude emplee's and manger. Then Mario rudley told me to leave.Tried several times to contact owner Brad Ingarfield and no call back. I'm not even sure

$10 for 3 min ride through the car wash followed by your manual wiping and vacuuming efforts. OK on the wash part.

Had to wash all the yuck from our rental SUV.... For $13, got a great exterior wash that made the vehicle look newer than when I got it....
They have free vacuums and cloths to do your interior yourself. A good deal for a great wash. The attendant was very friendly and helpful.
10/10 would use again, if staying in the area again...

I took base wash, it was good, the staff was very polite and professional, they gave me dash wipe and air freshener, I didn’t expect to get it. Recommend this place.

I had a couple car wash questions. Unfortunately the staff wasn't very knowledgeable. Every question I asked, I got a deer in headlights look. Train your employees correctly.

Carmen made sure we were satisfied with our wash. I took my vehicle thru and wasn’t content with the tire.. it had a layer of sand on still.. so he went above and beyond and pre scrub before our wash cycle started. Pedro made sure there was plenty of clean clothes to use also. THANK YOU!

I was really disappointed just because I stopped by after work for a quick wash just so I can get a few bug stains off and
vacuum the front seats of my car. 7 $ wash turned into a crack on my windshield. It's disappointing because everyone seemed nice but I should have read the reviews before coming here. Seems like everyone who has gotten damage to their vehicle isn't left with any help.

Not a hand wash, but great for a quick car wash. The air blowers and vacuums are always in good working order. Recommended, for what it is.

I've been here a few times and it was okay at first, but today I paid for the $16 wash and large parts of the wash weren't on. Front of my car didn't get clean at all and the rinse was not on or working so the soap was still on and then baked on by the dryers. Had to rinse my car manually at home, soap everywhere.

Overall, a reasonably good car wash.

Plus: it only takes 3 minutes.

Minus: 3 minutes is not long enough to dry the car completely.

The car wash did competently clean the outside of the car and the windows came out with no spots. The rest of the car was throughly washed.

There is a $7 basic wash and an $11 "manager special" which I got. There was also an "add on" prompt that asked for $3 more for "tire shine" and something else, which I forgot. If I lived here I would definItely opt for a monthly pass, which I have at my local car wash.

My car was damaged today im a long time customer I wash my car once aweek an was shown the track to prove it wasn't there fault an found damaged rail same level as damaged to my car im hoping for a fast solution to the situation..ill keep you posted

Quick 3 mins car wash. But cheapest one is only water wash. As you start adding up options it go pretty high. They provide free vacuum which is a plus. But I would like to see the price go down a bit.

My boyfriend and I went through this car wash and halfway through the car wash, the track malfunctioned and shoved us out the other side, breaking his window and scratching the entire side of his car. The employee on duty said they were contacting their manager, but refused to give us their number. They said their manager was checking the cameras, but they never got back to us so we had to contact the proper authorities ourselves . I would definitely recommend going to a car wash that won't destroy the entire exterior of your vehicle...

The wash cycle broke off my side mirror. When I brought it to attention of the staff, they told me there was a sign off to side saying they were not responsible for any damage to my vehicle during the wash. If you have a sign like that, it makes me wonder how many other people have had their vehicles damaged. I'd stay away. There are plenty of other drive-thru car washes that won't damage your car.

Paid $10 to get my car washed and the entire front of my car is still dirty. Spots all over the hood and tons of bugs on front. This is my second visit and second time this happened. My car has never been filthy either, just the norm from every day driving so should clean easy. And the vacuums barely pick up. Not a very good suction. This place needs some upgrades.

This is my place to go every time I need a car wash. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything you need. The car wash is regularly maintained so the car leaves with no soap on it and well washed. Vacuuming system is powerful and they even have compressed air for hard to dry spots. Now they even offer towels for your use. Mario the manager always will receive you with a smile. 5 stars!

My absolute favorite place ever! STAFF IS FRIENDLY! they remember you, they engage with you. They smile. I have a monthly pass for this place even tho there are closer car washes to me, I just can't cancel because the staff are my buddies now. I was going to give the staff gifts cards to Starbucks for Christmas and I freaking forgot. I told them I went to Tucson and have bugs on the front of my car and they sprayed them extra hard to make sure I got a super clean car

The car wash is basic. It'll get the dirt off your vehicle and most of the bugs off your windshield. The vacuums, however, aren't worth crap!

I took my new 2015 KIA (I'd only just bought it a month ago..) through the wash yesterday and when I got home I found that my rear light lens was popped off! The glue seal was broken.
