Best wash in the valley, everyone is very pleasant and will listen to any details you may have regarding what you’d like when dressing your vehicle. Very reasonable price and I highly recommend that the detailer receive a minimum of at least $5 tip if you’re happy with the service as these guys work hard to make your car look amazing!

This place has a bait a switch pricing. Same price from 10 years ago then you drive in they arbitrarily set a price for your vehicle!
I have paid $20-$25 for the same wash for the same vehicle. If I ask why he says the prices have changed, so I tell them to update the price on old display.
Also they assign one person to your vehicle for drying and it is a draw of the luck with that. About a 50/50 weather it will be decent or not.
I don't think I will be returning to this car wash anymore.

Have been going there about once a week for years. Last 3 washes were not good. They washed it a second time because they didn't get all the dirt off. He was spreading the dirt around the car while drying it. Second was no better. Manager very rude. Not going back.

I got my truck washed here. Yes you wait a little bit, but it’s for perfection. Friendly staff, amazing price, and a happy feeling when you get into your vehicle and it has been cared for. I will never go anywhere else. This team goes the extra mile.

I got a hand wash on my jeep, it looked good from afar, but the towels they use are very old and rough and when they dried my car it put scratches and swirl marks in the paint. This was less that a month after i had paint correction done so i know it was from them. so if you want to keep your car clean and free of scratch and swirl marks find a new place!!!

I used to come here a lot to get my car washed. One of the employees dinged my car. Right away they were in the defensive. No solution was provided. Try to blame it on the the car was dirty and because they washed it it showed the scratches more. The car is no older than 2 months. Customers keep in mind that when you come here you will be provided great customer service and maybe get a good 80% wash. BUT BEWARE. If an accident occurs. They will not take responsibility nor will they work with you. To find solutions. Owner says they have cameras but that they don't work. Very disappointed in

This used to be my go-to place. Unfortunately, the last few times I've taken my vehicle there it has been a bad experience. It takes them forever to clean the car, there are not nearly enough places to wait comfortably, the place is dirty and dingy and now they're not even cleaning the car well. The last time I took my truck there (and it IS the last time), I waited over an hour and they didn't even clean the truck bed. It wasn't even wet! Not sure how they managed that.

5 Star Car Wash it is no longer. I waited over an hour for a "VIP wash" - the lights inside were flickering like a scene from a horror movie I got a migraine and had to sit outside in the heat for relief. They were busy but not short staffed. When I got my car back it looked like nothing was vacuumed on the inside and just greasy. Ruined my day. Won't be back.

This place is something else. Here are the unwritten rules governing their prices: 1) prices on the board ONLY apply to sedans, not SUV or pickups (regardless of size/# of doors), (2) if your car's interior is not already nearly clean, vacuuming and wiping down costs extra... $200 extra; (3) don't bother pointing out what they failed to clean, b/c that means you did not pay enough (i.e. $200+ for "detail"); and (4) BEFORE THE WASH, it is up to YOU, the customer, to point out your car's interior to see if it falls within what they'll vacuum for the VIP Wash. They don't clean the lower half of bumpers

I came here the first time a few months ago, paid for the Works Wash. My carpets were still dirty and none of my interior was wiped down, both of which are included. I decided to give them another chance and not only did they barely vacuumed my carpets and didn't wipe surfaces, and the exterior of my car is still dirty. All photos were taken immediately after leaving. Do not go here!

I payed the vip wash and the seats were not vacuumed. The armor all was not put on right and my windows look streaky. We told one of the guys and all he did was use the air pressure to get the crumbs off the seat and then took off. The cup holders were all dirty not worth it.

I sent emails and they never responded. That is a sign of a poorly run business. I then checked the Yelp reviews. Wow! Lots of negative reviews. I should have checked first.

Do a great job most of the time! I prewash it the coating of bugs off the front of my car to help out. The guys spend a long time on washing your car, like 20 - 30 minutes! Great value, just be prepared to wait, but worth it...

Surprised to see some negative reviews about this car wash. I've been going here for about 6 months and have yet to had any sort of issue/concern. I get the VIP wash each time, with tip comes out to around $25. They vacuum and wipe down the interior while they hand wash the exterior adding Rain-X to the windows and put a wax coating on my truck. They do a great job cleaning the tires and wheels leaving my truck looking spotless. Excellent Service at a reasonable price . Worth the 17 minute drive across town . I picked this place mainly for the hand wash service as my roof rack on my car is not allowed in most car washes .

I might as well have just washed my own car. This place used to be awesome, but their service has gone down extensively. My car is still DIRTY AF! These pictures don’t even do it justice because I cleaned up literal leaves & crumbs from the floor mats before I thought to take pictures. I didn’t think I would leave a review because I thought if I said something they would be able to CLEARLY SEE my car was still dirty. So Today is April 30th. They did a good job for the most part as usual some parts get missed I understand they get busy. I get it bugs are hard to clean off. The front end of my car still has a lot bugs on it and my side mirrors as will. But what I hate the most is the customer service. I went back to show the guy and he started arguing with me, and told me this is a car not a piece of jewelery. I'm currently trying to get a hold of the owner and finding a way to report this business

We asked for a vip service, asked if they would wash the mats and rinse the tail gate. The owner said they will take care of it but failed to do so. the truck left looking worse than when we got there.

They left dirt all around the truck and windows/ mirrors were smeared from their product. Scratched the windshield mind y'all it's tinted. They offer a wax service and didn't provide it. The man used the same dirty towel all over and inside the truck.

This is absolutely the best car wash within miles. I trust these buys with all of my cars. They even washed some of my convertibles with the top down. They hand wash the car, they hand dry and then detail it perfectly! You need to try this car wash...

Great hand wash, the guys do a fab job, really pay attention to everything. Don't go if you're in a hurry, quality service takes time, but it is well worth it! Cost for a basic wash has risen from $9.95 to $11.95, but it's still a great deal, even with the tip. My Challenger is smiling again!

Affordable, fast, and good hand car wash place!
12 dollars for a basic car wash, which isn't really basic lol basic hand car wash includes exterior wash, interior vacuum and wipe, and I think this basic wash includes just everything I need my car to be cleaned.

There are more options like 16 dollars and 20 something dollars one, but for me this 12 dollar basic wash is the best!

I just walked in on Saturday morning, thought I had to wait, but it was real quick like 20 mins? And there are outdoor and indoor seating area, so waiting for 20 mins wasn't long at all! Super nice place!
